The internet wasnt the fastest but it was consistent and never went out randomly. Right next to some quality restaurants but a bit far for walking to the main areas.

The kitchen equipment was sufficient for our needs. One bigger pot would have been helpful, but not absolutely necessary. Loved the bathtub. The mattress was very soft and sagging. Not so helpful for people with back problems. Check in and check out was straight forward. We loved the location of the property as everything we wanted was within walking distance. The washing machine worked. The dryer did not.

Check in was easy. The room was clean. Overall, for the money, it was average and a little bit overpriced. The TV is from the 90s and it’s so small. Finally, one of the reasons I picked this room was because I had a washer and dryer. In the dryer had a big sign on it that said broken do not use. Kind of disappointing if I don’t have to stay there again I won’t.

Room has ants, dryer was out of service, missing kitchen items: small pot (had a lid for one), spatula, rice spatula - they did have a nice rice cooker though, had an ice bin in the freezer but no ice tray to make ice with). Request for a parking spot submitted through Expedia not answered. Did receive assistance at checkin to get a spot (via video chat), parking is a tight fit. A decent budget stay if dont mind ants and tight parking.

The beds were comfortable; the sleeping mats were not. Yet, the location is conveniently located and the check in is easy. The dryer was not functional so we were unable to dry our rain soaked clothes but this did not dampen our spirits. It was overall a great spot to stay.

It was really quiet and had a good amount of room to organize luggage. The separate door to the bedroom made it easier to work while traveling. The small kitchen area was perfect for our quick stay. It was one of my favorite stays in Okinawa.

Old soiled futon bed and blankets in bottom of closet. ______________ Bed mattress was horribly indented in the middle. ______________ "Bath towel" was like a cover of some sort and did not absorb water well, and other hand towel looked like a used cleaning towel. Location was good. A lot of restaurants to eat out, and seaway is nearby. But there was not closet or drawers at all. No place to hang anything so live out of your suitcases!. I liked how convenient the property was. It was easy to check in and check out. The dryer wasn’t working, but it’s okay. The elevator was not in service when it was time to check out, but the owner let us stay longer in the room until the elevator was fixed. Overall great stay! Great location.

We loved staying at this property! Everything was clean and in order. All amenities were in great working order. I would request a small dust pan or broom to be available in the room as my small children had crumbs. Otherwise this was an amazing stay! Would highly recommend to anyone!

I stayed 9 nights here. One of the main selling points to me was that there was a washer and dryer in the room. These proceeded to be broken and instead replaced with a sign saying that I had to pay for a change of towels. I asked about getting new towels without a charge since I’d be there so long and was never informed of the broken equipment prior to getting there. The staff told me that would work and he’d be by the next day with towels. He never came back. You have to pay for parking, the tv remote was broken and I had reached out to the property about a change in reservation nearly two weeks prior to staying and they never got back to me. Overall not great. If you’re wanting to be near the water there are much closer, better hotels. I do not recommend staying here.

Small but fairly good location

The tatami and pillows were super thin that makes it very uncomfortable to sleep. Place is certainly too cramp for 3 adults. The electric kettle, dryer and tv was not working, while the socket points were in weird locations in the room that makes it hard to charge devices. We had to pay for parking although renting the apartment. Location not too bad.
