This property unfortunately has management issues. We had booked in advance, and once we arrived, we were told there was an overbooking so one of us had to sleep on the floor, and the other took someone else’s previously claimed bed (as instructed to do so). Because of this, we were upgraded to a private room for what was supposed to be the rest of our stay, but were then moved back down to the dorms just 2 nights later (which turns out, was overbooked again). The staff were very kind and just tried to accommodate everyone in this situation, but there was no management present. A bit of a whirlwind.

隣の部屋の人にムスリムのお祈りで勝手に部屋を使われていたり、共有キッチンで作っていたハラールの臭いがかなり強く残っていたりなど、隣人との関係に問題があった。また、シャワーのお湯がほとんど出ないなど、ほかにもいくつか問題があったため、予定より早くチェックアウトをした。しかし、フロントの対応をしてくださったお姉さんはとても親切で、丁寧だった。
