Fair price for 2 bedroom in the heart of Barcelona. Confusion at check-in was due to language issues. Kitchen, laundry and beds were all new. I would recommend for families, two couples and travelers requiring separate rooms.

One of the best properties we have stayed at- you are in the best part of Barcelona (very bougie area!) and have all the major sites within walking distance. Having a washing machine and dryer was very helpful. Loved having the air conditioning as well as it got warm during the day and we like it cooler at night. Mauricio was very helpful in showing up the property and provided a map with helpful suggestions! We would return in a heartbeat!

Great secure, location in a very nice area. Close to subway and walkable to just about anything you could need. Restaurants and grocery right around every corner. Easy check in. Our host greeted us upon arrival with a smile and a lot of wonderful local information. We were also able to check in three hours early which is perfect because we were exhausted. The apathy was gorgeous and looked like in the photos -all of the amenities we needed and wanted for our five day stay. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Nice apartment, well located

The place is very well located, close to good restaurants and within a walking distance from Las Ramblas. Santiago, the person responsible for settling us in, went above and beyond to accommodate us. Very nice guy, gave us very good recommendations as of where to eat and where to go. The apartment is dated, but cozy. Whenever we are back in Barcelona, this is the place to stay.

The staff and location are fabulous. The AC was fantastic. The starter package with soaps and sponges for the kitchen/laundry were super helpful. Most helpful of all was Mauricio who spent the time to mark our map with all the best places to eat and thoughtful descriptions. There is a large patio/rooftop though its ’views’ are somewhat limited. It is CRITICAL that you determine if the elevator works. This is a 7th floor ‘attic’ apartment (as Americans count floors) and those stairs were brutal during the record breaking heat. It limited some of our movement and made bringing supplies to the apartment (the point of having an apt) quite difficult. They did include this issue in the listing but as I booked several months in advance and other reviewers said the elevator would be up and running so…. Well, thst was my bad. I ended up leaving the flat for the last couple of days, to take my teen son (who has migraines to a hotel around the corner) for the last 2 nights. While my husband and daughter stayed in the flat. Barcelona is moving away from this sort of rental, but it has advantages and this group is very professional and responsive. Just check the elevators. Without them, it’s not worth it. Walk the CITY!! Not flights of stairs

A good sized apartment with two proper bedrooms. Nice but small balconies. Working aircondition quite noisy in the main bedroom. Spacious living area and modern kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher. The flat had character. Comfortable beds and pillows. Nice bathroom.
