I thought the front desk clerk wasn’t very clear about where to go to get to the room. It’s a very big place and I had walked around a little bit before figuring out where to go. Other than that all was well.

A very nice hotel right on the beach with nice pools and a tiki bar. Our suite was spacious and well appointed. Unfortunately we discovered roaches on the kitchen counter both of our night stays (every time you turned on the lights at night you found at least 1 or 2 live ones). Also, the floors appeared to not be mopped for weeks. We told the front desk and finally an exterminator came, but housekeeping never did. Later we let them know that 2 of 3 light bulbs needed replacing in the bathroom and 2 guys showed up within 20 minutes and replaced them.

The room floor plan was great for us, the closeness to the ocean was great, staff was nice and the Beach Front Restuarant was nice and affordable. The major issue is the room was VERY dusty (walls, shelves, and lights), the floor had not been moped/cleaned, and the coffee maker did not work. There was a light that did not work over the dining table that looked like it had been taped back together and there was a hole in the wall next to the refrigerator. We were only there 2 days, but they did offer a discount and were apologetic about it.

The front desk staff very hospitable and helpful. Loved our ocean front room. Spectacular view. The room had everything we needed and loved that it was bright and cheerful and beachy. The housekeeping staff were great. The restaurant, convenience store, pools all wonderful. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

Our stay at this hotel was disappointing. The staff was not very friendly and at times came across as rude, which made check-in and interactions uncomfortable. The bedroom was poorly maintained and noticeably dirty—the floors were extremely black and looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. Overall, the lack of cleanliness and unfriendly service made this a place I would not recommend.

As soon as we entered the vibe was unwelcoming, the young lady in the front desk who checked us in seemed like she did not want to be there and barely acknowledged us, when I asked a question it seemed like we were bothering her and it was not a great first impression. Our room was dated and the ceiling on top of the shower was caving in, the bathroom floor also had hairs around it and the light switch was covered in something I had to clean off. The breakfast buffet was very small and was not that great but the service provided was good. The coffee corner was my favorite part of the stay. I will also mention that they had plenty of parking decks but if you got there too late, depending on where your room was, you would have to park far from where you were staying and walk a bit.

Views, pools, amenities were great! Staff friendly. The room was filthy! Flood was sticky and sandy. There was sand and hair in between the sheets, trash on the floor in the bathroom, gross sticky substance on the nightstands. It’s like the room hadn’t been cleaned at all.

Need Better Workers

When I first enter to the front desk I was not greeted. As I enter the room I had to clean my own hotel and it smelled like poop. The ice yes yellow in the freezer. The wall had a hole in it. The closet door was broken off.. the living couches were dirty and stained up as well as the mattress to the bed. The mattress was also hard. When I went to tell the people at the desk she asked me do I wanna change rooms but they don’t have a room to fit 12 people and also if I changed rooms the price wouldn’t change. They didn’t do anything about it.

Units are older but clean. Elevators broke on and off, no parking in our building, unit was missing a blender, baking dishes, storage dishes, limited towel, no pizza cutter, parking ran out and we had to park across the street. Ice maker in unit broken. Ice maker on Most floors also broken.

The hotel said no pets allowed and I saw different kinds of dogs. That’s something that I didn’t expect and also the beach area. Some people told us to move or umbrellas to be behind the area where they were renting. How could I enjoy the ocean with a bunch of umbrellas in front of me.
