Great place to stay

Swan Studios is perfect when visiting family and friends. Its self contained so can come and go without worry. Rooms are clean with a fridge and microwave if needed. We have stayed here now on several occasions and the standard has been the same. Looking forward to our next stay

Great place to stay

Having stayed at Swan Studios before - it was again perfect for our stay. Check in process is easy and Kirsty messages details via text and email for check in and checks all is well.

Property was clean and spacious with good facilities, some basic food prep facilities included although I think some rooms include a kitchen. Easy check in and check out, good communication from Kirsty. Perfect for me on a local business trip. Would recommend and stay again.

Swan studio for short stay

The Swan studios were ideal for what we wanted. Plenty of space inside with everything you need for the stay. Kettle, iron and ironing board and a hair dryer. Shower and bath with plenty of good hot water, tv, fridge, microwave and a comfortable double bed. Very little noise from outside and the car can be parked right outside the studio door. Ok if you do want to heat food up but not if you want to cook from scratch . Very close to Morpeth and easy access to A1 of coastal routes for touring and visiting attractions.

This is more a room than an apartment as there were limited kitchen facilities. It only had a fridge and a kettle. There were cutlery and crockery for 2 but nothing to cook anything on, or reheat things. A toaster would have been nice. The room itself was clean and spacious but the steps leading up to the apartment could use a sweep. This is a nice place to stay if you are going to be out and about, only coming back to sleep.

Accommodation very comfortable and well equipped. One point I would make is that the entrance to the studios from the main road is quite narrow, especially as the main road is very busy. Obviously this is only a problem the first time you enter! but something to be aware of

Lovely place to use as a base for family visiting

Kirsty sent a text and an email with clear instructions for access. The Chalet was clean and tidy with a fridge / microwave / kettle with tea & coffee and cutlery, crockery & cloths. The comfy chairs or the table and chairs gave choices of seating. although near the road it was quiet and parking was directly outside our room. Kirsty messaged checking that our first night was good and offered any assistance if needed. We would certainly stay again

Ideal for a no frills place to sleep & freshen up

Swan Studios is self catering so you know before you go that there is no breakfast or other meals provided.In our room there was, a kettle,microwave, fridge and toaster along with a couple of tea bags and instant coffee sachets. The room was spacious,clean and tidy with two armchairs, a small table with a couple of chairs and a small double bed. The bathroom is large and a small wrapped guest soap is provided alongside hand and bath towels. Its location is good for sightseeing and shopping. There's plenty of off road parking. What would make it better for me? A larger bed as the small double is a little too neat for me. Overall,good value for money if you're looking for a clean place to sleep and freshen up.
