We really enjoyed our stay here. Our only complaints would be the bed being very firm, and the couches were not the most comfortable. The staff was great, I even misplaced my phone in the room and they located it to get it back to me. They were super helpful through all of that.

Property is like a blast from the past 90s edition.. which was ok for me lol I enjoyed my stay.... staff was friendly and attentive.. facilities were clean and easy to access.. pool hot tub and grills were clean .. property is beachfront so that was also an added benefit… our condo had everything we could’ve needed.. would book again

2 BR is compact but comfortable for 2 adults. Deck is small and only accommodates 2 chairs. There is a side ocean view. Building is likely 20-30 years old but is well-maintained. Parking is across the street.

A Place at the Beach, Windy Hills

The apartment was clean and nice. Good view of the ocean. Outdoor Pool and jacuzzi available. On the beach. I had a problem with the booking, but the manager and staff straightened it out with no complaints. Very nice people and efficient!

This property was exactly as listed and was an outstanding bargain! I wanted a quiet, clean 2-bedroom condo on the beach with an oceanfront view and I got exactly that! I couldn't have asked for anything more, and that rate was fantastic as well. The condo was clean, comfortable, and quiet. I definitely will return and have shared my great experience with members of my family as well!

The front staff were super nice and very friendly !! The room was ok and it was clean except there was a blood stain in my comforter and I didn’t like that we had to take out the trash to the dumpster and put all the bedding and towels in the hallway !! I feel like if you go to stay in a place they should clean all the room after you leave that’s like their job that’s why you pay a lot so you can just go and enjoy !! Other than that it was good

Property was clean and very nice and quiet. The only concern I had was they don’t want you to put the comforters in with the laundry with the sheets and towels and such when you leave. So I’m not sure when/if they get washed.

Great area. Just don’t like having to strip all the beds and carry off trash myself… that’s housekeeping job absolutely everywhere I’ve ever stayed all over the US including Hawaii & Alaska. Also need a regular size kitchen trash can - not a small one. One fast food trip for 4 fills small trash can up.

Great place tucked away yet near all of the things

I was with my sister and our teenage sons for Spring break. I brought a lot of things from home but they also had a fully stocked kitchen equipping with everything from Tupperware to a teapot. The room was located on the side of the building so we had a clear view of both the beach and the parking lot. The young man who checked us in was very nice and all of the people who i crossed paths with on the property were pleasant.. the only complaint that i had was a very strong urine smell in the stairwell. I assume someones dog couldn't hold it anymore. All around it was a great, comfortable cozy place and i would definitely book again.

Being oceanfront was a positive. The pool and hot tub was nice. The cockroaches in our room was very disturbing, and was told a room next to us was infested and they'd take note of this. Highly doubtful. No compensation was offered even though we told the office all the time and effort that was going to be put in to just getting our luggage and items in our house.

We stayed for 4 nights. Check in was easy, beds were clean, nice view. However our dishwasher stopped working and we had to run it several time to get anything clean. Maintenance did come and noticed it wasnt spraying right. Nothing they could do. Our air conditioner stopped working and Maintenance came again. They called the AC guy who had it fixed in a couple hours. Parking is across the street and that was a hassle carrying everything in but when we checked out we were able to park beside that building. Front desk was suoer nice, pool was nice and beach access was good.
