The staff were really friendly and worked quickly to get us in our room early as we arrived in the morning. The only downsides were not knowing about the construction going on opposite the Quest and also that the parking was very limited and needed to be reserved. As someone with a disability close parking is always important. Luckily someone cancelled at last minute freeing up a space for me to reserve. I would appreciate knowing those 2 things in advance.

The room was spotless and all staff we interacted with were genuine, friendly and professional. Our 2nd stay included a washing machine and tumble dryer making the prepatation home so much better. The location opposite the trail station etc is amazing for getting about including just being mins away from supermarkets, cafe and shops in general. It was very nice that our room was updated to a larger apartment at no extra cost but the noise from the construction outside of the window was very loud. We have stayed at this motel a lot of times in the past couple of years whilst I was getting Chemotherapy, shame that we didn't get the upgraded then when it would have been very appreciated

The rooms themselves were spacious and nice, but what we weren't notified about was the construction noise. I understand that these things are beyond the control of hotel staff, but it would be courteous to let clients know what to expect prior to arrival. Unfortunately we were faced with constant drilling noise from 7.15am to 3pm. It was LOUD.This was not conducive to a restful stay at all. I got home more tired and sleepy deprived than I started. When I mentioned this to hotel staff, they said they would speak to the manager and get back to me. But I did not hear a thing and am still waiting for a response. I do not normally leave negative reviews, but would like to avoid others having the same problem.

Sparkling Clean interior & Modern Furnishing. The property is located opposite to “North Penrith” exit of Penrith Station. Parking is limited (pre-booking required) on site however street parking (2P) is available around the place.
