Hotel was reasonably priced for London, not sure I like having a fire exit light in the room as this makes it a bit too bright at night. Hotel needs a few more renovations to be perfect but overall very nice. The bed was very comfortable.

This was a great find for the price we paid. It is definitely outside of the city but maybe a 10 minute walk to underground and we never felt unsafe. The room itself was small but clean. Our bathroom was also small but did the job. It came with a kitchen area that we didn’t even take advantage of but definitely nice to have if you wanted to have stuff in the fridge. It had a well functioning air unit. We were on the 1st floor but the stairs were not bad to get luggage up and down.

This was a really great place to stay: it is close to Finsbury Park station, it is clean, well-built with a good size bedroom, kitchen and bathroom and the reception/check in was easy and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Convenience that works.

Very happy overall.. A doormat would be such a good addition as it seemed a great shame to walk in with wet/ dirty shoes on the CLEAN tiled flooring. Lack of natural daylight in my room did not worry me, but may be significant for some. Everyone so very helpful & welcoming.

I had a lovely stay at argyle for 2 days it was perfect for me, Anna was lovely to communicate with the only downside is there’s not a lot of local parking, but would definitely stay again

Adequate with cooking & washing facilities

It was adequate. No lift so be prepared to manage a suitcase up a flight or two of stairs. Washer/dryer combo was handy. Reception messaged via WhatsApp to check my arrival time. Very friendly and offered to mind the bags until check in time.

Nice apartment.

Good communication with reception. Clean and spacious room. Nice beds. Only bad thing is that there is not much natural light in ground floor apartment - has small window. Overall nice apartment. Good location.

Good place to stay at a good price

Positive.Staff friendly. Bed comfortable. Kitchen big and everything you might need is in it.slight negatives. room1 shower small and low and very steep steps down to the kitchen from the bedroom if not very mobile. Only real negative was the floor in our room was dirty. We mentioned on leaving and the staff member thanked us for letting them know. Which was good.

Avoid. This hotel is like a prison, the bed is uncomfortable and we both woke with sore backs. We are event professionals and stay in hotels with our tours. We also had drilling outside our room and the entrance smells like the disenfecant of a toilet. There is rust on the bathroom fittings and cowebs in the cupboards. A little more care would go along away.

As I was flying from Australia (40 hrs door to door) I had requested an early check in weeks before arrival, but of course there was no record of it !!!! Also the "Deluxe Apartment" I was in bore no resemblance to the advertised apartment.

SHOCKING

Had to wait 10 mins in the pouring rain as nobody was answering the door on check in, the double bed is the smallest double I have ever seen, the duvet only just covered it so it was impossible with 2 people in the bed for us both to have cover! Feet hanging out the end and who I was with is only 5ft! The room was very hot and the heating was broke so we couldn’t turn it down, we were also at the front of the building and the road noise was horrendous, very over priced for that room!!

I came around 1:30 am and I couldn’t get into my room.using the card I couldn’t unlock the door of my room to get in.I called the girl ( staff member) who lives in during the night time to help.She picked up the phone and totally ignored me.she hanged up straightaway. I kept ringing and texting her but no reply at all. This is utterly disgraceful and appalling gesture from someone who is supposed to be working night shift and helping customers in case of any issues happening inside the hotel.I paid £85 to stay awake in the corridor instead of sleeping inside my room.There is not even a single chair…..I’m suffering with lower back pain sciatica sitting on the floor. I’ve got to wait for receptionist until 8 or 9 am.It is disgusting moment for me being treated like this from the woman who supposed to help me.I’m running out of words and mentally destroyed
