Nice Comfortable Stay for a Family

Great location in the center of Venice. Rooms were comfortable and spacious for our family. There is long flight of stairs though to get to your room so be prepared.

Wonderful service from very friendly staff! The property’s central location was ideal for our itinerary. Gelateria Gallonetto around the corner is definitely worth it! The property was very clean and well-maintained. It was a little cramped for my party of 6, but it would have been ideal for a party of 5 or less.

It is ideally located, a few steps from the old town. The apartment is spacious, clean and artfully decorated. Plenty of extra bedding and towels. The host is extremely helpful and responsive to your needs. Garage was an extra bonus if you have a car.

Central location. Close to popular areas. Plenty of dining options and shops next to the property. The property was clean and has that Venice look and feel. Just like Venice, be prepared to climb stairs when you get the suite. Recommend travelling light otherwise, it’s hard carrying those suitcases up to the 2nd fall. Great little private balcony to enjoy the warm weather. Communication with property is great as well. Quick responses.

The property is located in the heart of Venice, a few minutes walk to everywhere and direct waterbus line to the train station and airport. The property is very clean and spacious. It provides luggage storage. The property manager, Marco, is super helpful. He provided me information on transportation and dining options, which are very helpful.

Brilliant location, spacious apartment. Secure, safe, accessible (as far as Venice goes). Would stay again. Rooms were great, bathroom and kitchenette/dining area excellent. Only annoying thing was the incessant WhatsApp messages trying to sell tours and trips before our arrival. A couple of the reviews mention parking. There is no parking - it’s Venice! Now I’ve been I realise how ridiculous that is. Restaurants and places to grab takeaway pizz and pasta on your doorstep. Biggest bonus is the supermarket which is 1 min walk away. Venice is absolutely incredible, this is a great option for somewhere to stay.

Nice apartment only 2 minutes from St Marks Square. Although there is no reception, the communication from the management team off site was excellent both prior and during our stay. They also left drinks and biscuits for us on arrival which was a nice touch.

We were a bit disappointed when we arrived as the pictures on the website for that particular suite were not the same as the actual suite. The description said there was a rooftop, however, it was only if you had booked the suite it is attached to. It was supposed to be 2 king beds, but the one small room had 2 single beds which we pushed together. There is no view and was quite dark as it’s down an alleyway which made it difficult to find. The communication was really good. We were allowed to leave our luggage in the room while it was getting cleaned and ready for our stay. The location was excellent.

Great location and spacious

We stayed in the Dolfin with 2 bedrooms. One room had a king bed, the other two twin beds and a pull out sofa in the living room. Room is decorated in a nice antique Italian decor. Very spacious, plenty of towels, great location, and good heating. We never ran out of hot water and the shower head is luxurious and large. The only downside is hearing the foot traffic outside at night, and the upstairs neighbors’ footsteps. But the alley that it’s located on is not very busy. The concierge is very helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Perhaps a little hard to find. However do not allow that, or the exterior appearance (same as all Venetian streets), to deter you from visiting this amazing place for you and your family to rest in comfort after long walking days in Venetia. The host is AMAZING and super nice. She was very helpful. The apartment itself is classically decorated and everything works as it should. Calls for info or help were answered right away. I'd love to go back there anytime!

We were moved to another place, it was very nice but found out last minute. Says has AC, they have a “season” for AC and we were there outside of this season. No way to have air moving. Tried sleeping with window open but canal rides all hours and a pigeon tried flying in. After I informed of no sleep, they brought the AC remote. AC shouldn’t be advertised if you can’t use it.

We booked a suite with an outside space, near San Marco. When we found that location (which wasn’t easy, although the spotty GPS in Venice streets was partially to blame) we were told they had moved us to a different location. That location, near Rialto Bridge, was just a normal room (not a suite) with no outside space, no inside seating area and no coffee machine. On a positive note, it was a corner room with a canal view, which was nice. The fact that we had to lug our bags halfway across town at the last minute was aggravating. The room was cute, clean and well-located, but it wasn’t what we asked for.
