Fabulous location - very handy to st Mark’s Square & Rialto Bridge Easy check in & check out Friendly staff who were very helpful particularly in booking a water taxi for us on our departure Lovely apartment which was cleaned daily & breakfast supplies also replenished daily Would definitely stay here again if we’re lucky enough to return to Venice one day

I would without a doubt stay here again for our next trip to Venice. The property itself is so rich in history and with just a 5 min walk from the Rialto stop on the water bus, in the Castello district, everything you need is so close by. Property hosts were wonderful and so personable. Very clean, spacious (we stayed on the main floor with a canal view) and quiet.

Great location, good breakfast and very spacious apartment (though kitchen was a bit small, could only really accommodate 1 person at a time). Only downside was the mosquitoes in the apartment. Didn’t expect them in what was cool weather in March, but my son in particular was really badly bitten. You might want to bring insect repellent.

Great stay here in Venice. Updated, comfortable apartment that is in a great location for seeing all Venice has to offer. Though there are a lot of stairs which is a little challenging with a heavy bag.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay. Our 2 bedroom unit was spacious, extremely clean, and very well stocked. It had everything you needed for a comfortable stay such as breakfast food in the unit and a washer and dryer. Appliances were new and staff was friendly. It was a 10/10.

Nice apartment

Nice apartment. Clean and comfortable. If you use the washer and dryer, be prepared to have time for the wash cycle to run (over 2 hours). Also, the dryer doesn't get very warm so it can take a very long time for clothes to dry. The apartment was otherwise very nice.

Location was great! About a 5 minute walk to Rialto as well as St Marks. Conveniently located between the two. Dock right outside the door for water taxi. Although we were on what had to be the top floor, 68 steps, we didn’t mind. A/C worked great and their was plenty of room for everyone. Good size bedrooms and huge living area. Very friendly and accommodating staff with great communication!!

This was a great place to stay with kids. Everyone was comfortable and plenty of room. We had one bathroom, which required planning ahead, but was clean so that was my priority. No lift in building so climbing stairs could be challenge for some. Location was very central to everything. Staff was friendly and helpful. Housekeeper didn’t restock toilet paper but we called them and we had some within 5 minutes.
