Room doesn't have hot water from 7:30pm to 3am in daily. Room still has some oldest smells eventhough room already had a new paint on the wall. Travelers MUST STAY in 7 days in order to have housekeeper clean the room at one time in 7 days staying P

Wasn’t sure once booked after reading the reviews but to our surprise we had a relaxing stay. The rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable with clean bedding.you need to understand it’s not a hotel so don’t expect room service etc but for self catering you have everything you need including a stove, utensils, microwave and dish soap and sponge etc. bathroom was small but enough with shower gel etc and toilet paper. Yes they don’t replace towels but we asked for more and they provided. You can ask for cleaning of the room which is charged a bit extra. We stayed for 5 days and had no problems. The male receptionist was very helpful and spoke very good English. The only negative I can say is it can get a bit noisy as there is some store in front with vehicles loading/unloading.

Very clean and public transport easily accessible with a carre four supermarket 3 mins walk. We loved the kitchette of our studio accomodation great feature meant we coukd have breakfasts and orepare lunch picnics during our stay. Shallow shower tray was unusual so had to be teally careful not to flood bathroom floor. Very friendly receptionist. During hot weather room uncomfortable as no airconditionibg although we bought a 45watt floor fan from local supermarket. As a suggestion it might be a good idea to offer guests to rent a fan for a nominal fee ? Perhaps also a guest pack of how to book youd public transport ticket, also which bus number and which metro ststion to take you into paris would also be useful to have. All in all we were exceptionally pleased with our stay and eoukd recommend to others thank you

The good: The bed was comfortable The bad: Terrible sewer smell from shower drain, terrible off hours check in process, staffed only on weekdays 0900-1200 & 1500-1900, light fixtures loose above both night stands, no electrical receptacle available next to either side of the bed without unplugging the light, no coffee maker. The room was a disappointment. If you are looking for a cheap bed to crash in, at an apartment building in an industrial area, this room is for you but be warned it dosen't match the pictures on the website. The room was run down, furniture under the sink was warped. The worst was the check in process. When we arrived on Sunday, there was no one there. We knew the reception doesn't work on weekends or after hours on business days but were not told the keys you get at xhecknin are good for only that date. We had to figure out how to use a check in box on the wall with our last name but our last name wasn't matching because they assumed abbreviation JR was our last name. Once I put JR it worked. When we returned from our outing the next day at 7:30 PM, we were locked out with no one to help, so we had to call and get a code to a lock box that had a 1 day key. I was told to go to reception the next day to get another key so I had to change plans the next day to accommodate their limited availability.

El estado del hotel y de las habitaciones en general denotaban una falta evidente de mantenimiento. Paredes sucias y puertas rotas principalmente. Ademås, se escuchaban ruidos desde el pasillo y las cañerías internas lo cual era molesto. DĂ©jĂ  j'arrive en famille mais SACHEZ que les dimanches et jours feriĂ©s, personne ne sera lĂ  Ă  la reception pour vous recevoir. C'est simple j'ai pris deux jours et je suis parti au premier jour. DĂ©jĂ  aucun accueil, une dame gentille m'a aidĂ© Ă  comprendre ce que je devais faire pour rĂ©cupĂ©rer une carte. Ensuite je rentre dans la chambre, c'est vieillot mais apparement propre. Pas de tĂ©lĂ©. Pas important. Le lendemain en rendant les clĂ©s, la dame de la reception me dit que j'aurai dĂ» leur dire quand je suis arrivĂ© qu'il n'y avait pas de tĂ©lĂ©. C'est vrai que la reception Ă©tait remplie de salariĂ©s... Ensuite elle me dit que normalement on doit faire le tour de la chambre ensemble, Sauf que je n'ai pas réçu le fameux mail que la dame est sĂ»re que j'ai reçu. Et quand je lui prouve appli gmail Ă  l'appui que je n'ai pas reçu, elle me dit que j'aurai donc dĂ» tĂ©lĂ©charger l'application. Donc je vous le dis et le redis, faites comme moi fuiyez et plutot que de chercher les prix, cherchez la qualitĂ© !!!! et en gros lĂ  bas ça n'y est pas. Vous entendrez tout la nuit, quand une personne marche dans le couloir, vous l'entendrez !!! les murs c'est des Ă©ponges. Ils ont laissĂ© la fenetre de la chambre ouverte, du coup le soir je vous raconte pas le froid et impossible de rĂ©chauffer avec un radiateur electrique meme pas fixĂ© des annĂ©es 80. Dans le salon, les chaises sont bancales. La prise Ă©lĂ©ctrique est dĂ©tachĂ©e. Il y a des trous dans le mur de l'entrĂ©e. NE RESERVEZ PAS, vous ĂȘtes prĂ©venus.

Schlichte aber funktionelle und saubere Unterkunft in mittelmĂ€ĂŸiger Lage. Eher dröge Industrieumgebung, aber es gibt Essensmöglichkeiten und SupermĂ€rkte in der NĂ€he. Zur Metro sind es 15-20 min zu Fuß. Das ist okay, aber nach Paris fĂ€hrt man noch Mal mindestens 20 min ins Zentrum. Wer schnell im Geschehen sein will, sollte sich vielleicht dennoch woanders umschauen. Gemessen am Preis ist die Unterkunft super. Blöd ist, dass die Rezeption am Wochenende geschlossen ist und man keine Infos darĂŒber erhĂ€lt vorab, wie man am Sonntag eincheckt. Telefonisch erreicht man auch nichts belastbares. Der Check-in geht provisorisch ĂŒber einen Check-in Monitor im Eingangsbereich. Man erhĂ€lt seine Karte und kann schon mal ins Zimmer. Am nĂ€chsten Werktag sollte man aber in jedem Falle noch mal an die Rezeption und den richtigen Check-in machen. Man bezahlt noch die Tourismusabgabe, fĂŒllt noch Formulare aus und erhĂ€lt eine neue Zimmerkarte. Bitte in der Beschreibung fĂŒr die Unterkunft mit angeben, dass man auch samstags und sonntags per self-Check-in reinkommt, Expedia!
