Great location & quiet location

The hotel was in a great location, just 2 minutes walk to the nearest bus stop and after 10 minutes we reached the metro line 4 and got to visit so many places with the unlimited travel pass. Clean hotel, nice staff, 24hours entry with your card/key.

I took this stay for my mum as her appartment was in renovation. She told me that the staff was very kind and helpful however the room, elevator and other amenities needed attention.

8-night stay superb!

We had a lovely stay! The studio was a little small but clean and really had everything my friend and I needed! The beds could be together for a couple or separated into 2 twins. The buffet style breakfast and unlimited coffee was organic and very affordable at 10 euros! One of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had! They even gave us a welcome gift with pasta and sauce, cookies, chips, cider. Staff was friendly and helpful and the Aldi nearby had cheap groceries & wine!! Would definitely stay again!

We're very tired after this holiday.

Oh well, you get what you pay for. We couldn't sleep well, very noisy place. Cleaning service was banging the door non stop, also the customers. The noise was coming from outside when was windy, you could hear banging something, not sure what, some metal piece I guess, even at 3am. So loud. Last morning we could hear some renovation upstairs from 9am until 12,so annoying!!!!! Noise at night, noise in the morning. The good thing was heating in the bathroom and cheap price. The heating in the room didn't work properly. The shower curtain was not wide enough so we had to clean wet floor non stop. Cleaning is not provided, no toilet brush provided... No fresh towels. I was happy to leave this place. We won't be back even for free. The ladies at the reception were nice.

My spouse and I stayed at Séjours & Affaires Malakoff for three nights. It was a perfect location with easy access to public transit, including the subway. The centre of Paris is only minutes away, without the nosebleed prices in the heart of Paris. We didn't feel like the location was a compromise and having previously stayed in the heart of Paris on many occasions truly enjoyed the community vibe of Malakoff. As for the hotel itself, it's a mixed bag. On the positive side, staff at the hotel were friendly and very accommodating. Our room had the most comfortable bed; I've stayed in many hotels and for me this was near the top in comfort. The room had a great balcony as well, spacious and inviting where we could sit back and truly enjoy a glass of wine away from the tight surroundings of the room. On the downside, the hotel room was a bit tired, very basic and in definite need of a refresh. It had a bit of a dorm room feel. Although we had a small kitchen area, it wasn't particularly well equipped. Most notable, on our first night there we picked up a bottle of wine, and it being France, was corked. It being France I assumed the room, equipped with a kitchen and wine glasses, would also have a corkscrew. Nope. I went to the front desk which could also not provide me with a corkscrew, nor was one available in the breakfast room. No option left but to go out and buy one. Although the staff was sincerely apologetic, this is more of a management issue in my mind.

Udemærket værelse taget prisen i betragtning. Ikke ulækkert, men heller ikke lækkert. Værelset var lille, men havde køkken. Ingen aircondition, men havde en gulvblæser. Ligger i en forstad til Paris og nærmeste metro er 20 minutters gang og det tager 30 minutter med offentlig transport at komme til Paris Expo og 35 minutter at gå. Parkeringsmulighederne var gode.

Chambre très spacieuse et agréable, coin cuisine super pratique, on entend aucun bruit de la ville ni les voisins. Cours intérieur très pratique pour prendre l’air sans sortir sur la route. Seul petit bémol est le rideau de douche, une cabine vitrée serait plus agréable.

Muy confortable, tenia todo para que la estadia sea cómoda, la cama y las almohadas eran excelentes, me encantó la iluminación. El desayuno exquisito. Para recorrer Paris solo hay que caminar alrededor de 700 metros hasta el metro y listo, desde ahi se conecta todo.

On mentionne parking a disposition, j’arrive il n’est pas disponible on m’explique qu’il fallait le réserver en amont alors que c’est aucunement mentionnée quelque part. Le petit déjeune ferme à 10h30, nous sommes arrivé en retard aucune gentillesse ou d’amabilité à nous proposer une solution alors que tout était encore disposé. Tres très décevant, la carte bleue ne marchait pas non plus, c’est la dernière fois ! Point positif : bien situé, chambre propre et spacieuse. Le bâtiment sentait très mauvais le renfermé, cigarette froide.

Appartement un peu à l’étroit. Propre bon acceuil . Ménage prévu durant notre séjour mais proposé la veille de notre départ donc inutile, plus de papier toilette ni de savon . Ce n’est pas un probleme de finance mais simplement de confort.
