As soon as you pull in you'll see the ski slopes! Swain Hollow village condos are just a short walk to the ski resort. Enter the condo and fall in love with this cozy condo. Discover just how much fun it is being cozied up with the one you love! By a warm fire and candlelight. Or relax in Jacuzzi tub after a day on the slopes.
Enjoy a movie, we have plenty to pick from.
Perfect place to relax and enjoy your time in the country with no worries.
Swain has a few restaurants just walking distance from condo. Two bars as well. Great for families or romantic getaways. This is the perfect spot to get away from it all. Plenty of outdoor space for kids to play as well.
Letchworth State Park ( known as the Grand canyon of the East") is just 12 miles away.
With its treasure trove of waterfalls and gorges. Venture off to take a Hot air balloon ride over Letchworth.( outside vendor)
Stony Brook State Park is close as well with fresh fast flowing water which one could walk through with forced natural whirlpools.
Explore picturesque Allegany county on the relaxing country roads to which many lead to small quaint villages with antique shops and some Amish shops. Drive farther north to the fingers lakes to tour the wineries as well. Rattlesnake Hill wildlife is hop skip jump from condo for those who love to venture out to take a hike or do some snow shoeing. As well as cross country skiing.Corning glass is less then a hour away. A must see for those who love art! Grocery shop at our famous Wegmans! In Hornell just 16 miles away
You truly would need a week to take it all in. But even if you don't have the time we hope you'll chose are cozy little get away as yours on your stay.

The condo was very clean, the kitchen is spacious, lots of seating. Outside deck was smaller than I thought would be.

Only stayed one night but the property was as advertised, clean and comfortable. Would stay again if in the area. Only downside was the address provided in VRBO email three days before arrival took us to the wrong location and there was no building or unit number provided. It was a bit frustrating trying to find the condo complex but once I messaged Maribeth she answered quickly with all the info and also called to be sure we found the place and let us know it was ready for us to check in.

Clean and convenient

The property was clean and the owner was very attentive. The location and accommodations are about the best you can expect in Swain, NY. We did not have any discomfort during our stay and everything went smoothly.I’ll note that there is no hot tub even though it’s listed in the property description.Also, there is no central air conditioning, but rather a single mini-split system in the 2nd floor.Overall, great stay!Thank you, Maribeth.

Close to Letchworth State Park

Very nice property close to Letchworth State Park and StonyBrook State Park. Plenty of room for our large family of 7. It was clean and we were very comfortable! Make sure to stop at a grocery store if you need it on your way. There aren’t really any stores nearby.

Beautiful Ski Condo!

The condo was beautiful and spacious. Lots of rooms, very comfortable beds, and a view of Swain! We would highly recommend. Maribeth is also very responsive and a wonderful host! Thank you!

Our hostess was very friendly and informative. She answered all of our questions. She even brought over some logs and a fire starter log so we could have a fire on a cold night. The only thing we were not aware of was the amount of steps in condo. There are 3 levels. We only used 2 of the levels. My husband is recovering from total knee and that was a challenge for him. Our room was on first floor. The kitchen and living room are on 2nd floor so he was able to stay on that floor most of the time. I would recommend this condo.

Good stay

Great place to stay on our way to visit Letchworth State park. The king beds were super comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. A good hot shower with nice pressure was appreciated as well. Easy access to property.

Gracious Comfort in a Great Location

My husband and I treated my sister to a stay at this sweetly furnished condo near Letchworth State Park for fall leaf peeping. After a long day at the park, it was so nice to come back to the cozy comfort of this place.

Lovely!

We decided pretty last minute to visit Letchworth State Park and were so happy this condonwas available for us to say. Maribeth was very responsive and wonderful tonwork with. The place is as clean as everyone mention. What I think needs addressed is how extremely comfortable the back bedroom bed was. I was more luxurious than a five star hotel!

Awesome Property

Our family stayed at this adorable condo for a week and thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it. This place had EVERYTHING necessary - the kitchen was so well stocked! Laundry available WITH detergent! The location was perfect. We came to explore Letchworth, Buffalo and a day trek to Niagara Falls. Communication with host was great - best I’ve ever had and we do A LOT of VRBO rentals. I would highly recommend this property and should our travels bring us this way again down the road, I’ll know exactly where to stay! Hope everyone respects this property so we all have access to it for years to come.

Perfect getaway

My family and I stayed here as our base camp while in the area for some hikes. We couldn’t have picked a more perfect place for our family’s getaway! The apartment was spotless and exactly as described. Maribeth was a gracious host and very helpful when briefly needed on the checkin day. Overall highly recommend to stay here if you’re in the area.

Family trip to Letchworth

This property was as promised. Was perfect for a nights stay before we went hiking for the day. Awesome spot for peace and quiet. Very nice place to stay. I can only imagine how awesome it is in the winter. Owner was great to communicate with and thank you for sharing your property with us.

Passing through

We stayed at the condo for one night so we could visit Letchworth State Park on the way to Cape Cod. Our time there was short but it was comfortable and everything worked as expected. It is a bit remote so plan according.
