Excelente muy buena zona y bonitas instalaciones

La estancia estuvo excelente, en mi cuarto no funcionaba la calefacción y de inmediato me mandaron al técnico super amable y como no tuvo arreglo me dieron una suite super amplia, era un Departamento prácticamente.

Clean room - really??

Unfortunately I got sick and I threw up in my bathroom on day 2 of my stay. Not a big mess but some missed the toilet. Thought the maid would clean everything the next day…. but no…. as a test I didn’t say anything…. and day after day after day…. never cleaned…. yet the sink and shower was cleaned and new towels provided daily. Not good.

Hice reservación en el hotel pero no me la respetaron. Pagué el valor total en una sola cuota pero al llegar al hotel un señor muy poco educado (seguridad) me niega el acceso al local diciendo que no había personal para recibirme para el horario que llegué. Dijo que personas llegando después de las 11pm no tienen acceso al local. No me dió ninguna alternativa tampoco (siquiera pensó en buscar la gerencia del hotel). Entonces hablé a Expedia para informar lo ocurrido y pedir ayuda pero resulta que estos ineptos no mueven 1 dedo siquiera. Apenas dijeron que mandarían un email al hotel a ver porque no me respetaron la reservación y que me darían una respuesta después. El problema práctico en eso es que, como les dije al menos 4 veces, yo no tenía donde pasar la noche y estaba en la calle. Mi argumento, sin embargo, fue ignorado en todo momento. Y ahora escribo estas notas sobre este servicio estando abajo de un puente. O sea, lo irónico es que pagué por un servicio de alto nivel pero terminé abajo de un puente. Muchas gracias hotel Ventura y Expedia por demostrar el peor servicio que he visto en mucho tiempo!

Mal servicio

Primero la habitación asignada no servía la tina por filtración y nos cambiaron, tardaron más de 40 min en el cambio, en el cambio encontramos un alacrán en la habitación todo esto se reportó y no tomaron medidas para garantizar la seguridad de mis hijos. Esta bien el concepto del hotel pero mal la limpieza y seguimiento a la queja en ese momento.

A pleasant surprise

This little hotel turned out to be a pleasant surprise. Excellent service, extremely friendly staff, and unique location. The room is very nice and fully equipped, although a little bit dark. I wish I had a chance to fully take advantage of it, but my stay was too short. The food at the cafeteria was tasty and nicely presented, the menu selection is a little bit limited, but this might have been due to limitations caused by the present COVD pandemic. Excellent service.
