スタッフ教育をしてください

チェックインの前に指定された場所に行ったら、「ここではない。ホテルに直接いって」。。。 ホテルに着いたら、ここではなくて向かいの建物に行くよう指定された。 夜22時ロンドンでトランクを抱えて右往左往するこちらの身にもなってほしい。 ホテルのスタッフは客に指示するだけで「I'm sorry」の枕詞もなし。 チェックアウト時に荷物を預けると「１0ポンド」請求された。そんなことチェックイン時に説明なし、説明不足であることを指摘したが、「決めるのはあなただ」だけ。。。 エクスペディアにもこの旨をつたえたが、何の対応もして頂けなかった。

最低限の快適さ

まずチェックインの場所とホテルの場所が異なることに注意。 駅から近く、道も単純なので迷うことはない。 道路に面した部屋だったが、とにかく交通量が多く、車が絶えない。 ゆえにかなり騒音が激しい。窓の建付けが不十分で、音を完全にさえぎることができない。 大型スーパーのテスコが歩いてすぐのところにあり、なおかつ駅の反対側には飲食店やコインランドリーが多く、騒音以外の生活環境は快適である。

ビジネス向けにはお勧めできません

立地はとても良いのですが、それ以外は全部ＮＧでした。傾いた床（傾斜6.5度）、釘が出ている床、壊れたシャワー、壊れた調理器具、虫がいるベッド、つながらないＷＩＦＩ、等々、大変に残念な環境でした。　バックパッカー向けならば良いのかもしれません。

Excelente localização, porém deixa a desejar em estrutura, internet bem ruim, o chão que só em pisar faz barulho e fora as escadas pra chegar até ao quarto com mala foi bem complicada, até pq estava com pessoa de idade!!!

La camera posta al terzo piano di un edificio che non era quello esposto sul sito ma di fronte senza ascensore, sporca sia le zone comuni che le camere, avevamo un servizio giornaliero di pulizie che non è mai avvenuto ovvero entravano nella camera solo per vuotare il cestino, i mobili a pezzi, il letto in pendenza su di un lato mancanza di attrezzature nel mobile cucina, bagno a dir poco fatiscente. Unica nota positiva la Tesco a pochi passi e la fermata metro a 500 metri.

Ten out of ten

Great place and good location. staff very welcoming and helpful. lots of plates pots & pans for cooking, also fridge to store food, also great wall mounted TV with many good channels , If I had to pick a small thing no bin bags in kitchen and no surface cloths for wiping up. that aside I would highly recommend.

Noisy, but OK to pleople in a budget

The flat is in a good location, near earls court station, which is a good status as it has 3 lines that passes throught it. The room we stayed is spacious, had a little kitchnet that server us really well. However... The bathroom was small, very small and a little dirty. Our room faced the street, which is really noisy and prevented us to have a good night of sleep. We just couldn't sleep, there were noisy cars, buses, sirens and people shouting all over the night! On the top of that, the building does not have lift and we had to take our luggage 3 floors up the stairs, and man, that was difficult and not pleasant at all! Overall I think the hotel is a good option to someone in a budget as we were, but be aware that you won't have a confortable stay.

Please do not stay there

I was going to stay one week, but I decided to book one day before that so I could se the place. Thankfully, I did that. The place had holes in the walls, old carpet, missing pieces in the shower... The stairs smell like cigarettes. You can stay in a much better place with the same amount of money.

Det marknadsförs som lägenhetshotell med självhussållning, men vårt rum var extremt litet med bara ett skåp med kokplatta, micro och kylskåp. Det fanns ingenstans där man kunde sitta och äta sin frukost utom i sängen. Det var också mycket varmt och kvavt på rummet trots öppet fönster och svala nätter. Trevlig personal och bra läge

Dylan apartments blir det inte igen

Rummet var ingen höjdare. Sen tidigare erfarenhet av hotell i London så vet jag att standarden är långt från svenska hotell men det här var i sämsta skick. Dammigt, trasiga lampor och uttag, smutsig disk. Golvet lutade. Dörren till badrummet var trasig och gick inte dra igen ordentligt. Personalen verkade mest tycka att vi störde mobilsurfandet när vi skulle checka in och ut. Det enda positiva var egentligen att området Kensington är fint, har bra restauranger och att det var nära till tunnelbanan. Ett boende som ger tak över huvudet- inget mer!

Dodgy

You get what you pay for. Room was small and dingy, which I could live with for 1 night. Location was great. More bothered by the fact that reception tried to charge my card again despite the being fully paid for. She only checked after I refused over and over (this was a reward night, and I saw some comments about suspicious charges on other reviews), and showed me a slip to say payment was only held, not charged. The name on the slip wasn't mine. When I pointed that out, she just said "mistake", no apologies. I cannot be sure if it was an honest error.

My first few days was in a tiny room with no Air conditioners. It only has an extractor fan. I had to open up windows during the day. Daily change of towels is the only service rendered. My six days wa on the same bedsheet

The room looked like a throwback to the 1980's, meaning that the furnishings seemed to be at least 30 years old, and not well cared for. The bathroom and kitchenette sink smelled of sewage, the room was hot and with only a small window for ventilation, and the mattress and floor were horrifically stained. If any of this sounds charming, it shouldn't - don't stay here, get an AirBnB instead.

Acesso a ônibus e metrô

Apartamentos velhos, pequenos, espaço da cozinha era um armário, louca sem estar completa para duas pessoas. Torradeira e chaleira estavam em perfeito estado. Imóvel não possue elevador e as escadas são terríveis. Vale salientar a gentileza e presteza da recepcionista do período diurno que nos repassou informações e sugestões.

Pretty okay

My stay was ok. Service was good and staff was quick to help in any enquiries. Wifi in the basement was great. There were water stains on the lower bottom of the bed and bathroom fan was very noisy but overall pretty good value for money if you need a central part of town to stay. Wouldn't mind staying there again.

Ein typisches Hotel in London

Wie man es kennt. Man liebt es oder hasst es. Das „Apartement“ ist ziemlich klein. Das Badezimmer noch win Bisschen mehr. Aber es ist London... was macht man da schon ausser schalfen? Die Küche ist gut augestattet und verstaut in einem Schrank. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Jedoch leider nicht mehrsprachig. Die lage ist super. fünf Minuten von der Haltestelle Earl‘s Court entfern, erreicht man alles in nützlicher frist. Im Grossen und Ganzen ganz okay.

Good but..

Good place, close to underground. Silence and calm neighborhood. But the hotel don't have lifts. What is a big problem for travelers with baggage. And the administration just work after 10am.

Appartement in Stadtnähe

Die Unterkunft istveinfach , aber angemessen zum Preis. Der Teppich hat Queen Victoria schon gesehen. Das Personal ist freundlich, der Zimmerservice sehr oberflächlich, die Dusche sollte man wegen Schimmel nur mit Badelatschen betreten. Die Betten sind aber gut und zum schlafen reicht es völlig. Earl's court ist super zu erreichen und der nächste Supermarkt ist gut zu erreichen.

Vantaggi: ​Zona centrale, comodissima per utilizzare la metro Presenza di più grucce nell'armadio Set di cortesia con saponi e cuffia Stanza abbastanza pulita Possibilità di lasciare le valigie in reception prima dell'ora del checkin Possibilità di richiedere asciugacapelli Svantaggi: ​ Camera veramente troppo piccola Bagno minuscolo (in più il lavandino era grande quanto una mano, veramente scomodo) Le guarnizioni della doccia erano piene di muffa Tra due letti singoli non ci si passa, saranno staccati circa 10 cm l'uno dall'altro Al mio arrivo soltanto una luce (attivabile con la tessera magnetica) era funzionante, le altre lampadine erano svitate. Forse lo fanno perchè la camera è spesso senza ospiti Una delle tre prese disponibili era rotta Lo specchio dell'armadio era rotto Il pavimento era scricchiolante e pieno di "avvallamenti" Per salire (la camera era al terzo piano) ci sono solo le scale. I gradini sono veramente piccoli e salire/scendere con la valigia è veramente difficile Il corrimano delle scale era rotto in alcuni punti Il pavimento del bagno era sconnesso e sporco Il miscelatore della doccia era veramente difficile da regolare La porta del bagno non poteva essere chiusa, rimaneva sempre socchiusa Il telecomando della TV era stato aggiustato con dello scotch Gli asciugamani erano vecchi e, a volte, rotti La connessione wifi andava a momenti e comunque era lenta

Muy buena ubicación, cerca del metro

Hotel muy básico, habitación muy pequeña. Se limitaban a cambiar las toallas. Llegamos una hora antes del check in y tuvimos q hacer tiempo. En el check out para dejar las maletas nos cobraban 10 pounds...primera vez en un hotel. Sonó la alarma de incendios dos veces durante la noche. Por ubicación y calefacción muy bien.
