Good location very close to the pistes. Could do with a bit of a refresh, but for the price can't complain. Staff somewhat brusque at times, but nothing too much to put you off. Nice and quiet at night and comfy beds. Slept well.

Good stopping point on our way

The people at the reception desk were incredibly nice and polite. The breakfast was really good. The area is good also with a nearby town that has a lot of dining options. Just be aware there is a large deposit that you have to put on the room and a lot of rules such as cleaning the entire apartment before checking out or you will lose a portion of the deposit depending on what you didn’t do. We only stayed one night, so, it was easy to clean up before we left. Just be aware of their policy. The apartment is 4 rooms- kitchen, bathroom, living/sleeping and a small sleeping area with a bunk bed. It was cramped for the 4 of us.

HĂŽtel avec potentiel, mais gros problĂšme de propre

Nous avons Ă©tĂ© trĂšs déçus par notre sĂ©jour. DĂšs notre arrivĂ©e, la premiĂšre chambre Ă©tait sale. AprĂšs avoir signalĂ© le problĂšme, nous avons pu en changer, mais la deuxiĂšme chambre restait loin d’ĂȘtre propre : traces sur les murs, la porte, le carrelage des toilettes, et mĂȘme des toiles d’araignĂ©e. Le mĂ©nage est clairement le gros point noir de cet Ă©tablissement. Dommage, car l’hĂŽtel a du potentiel. Les dames Ă  l’accueil sont adorables, trĂšs professionnelles et accueillantes. Le petit dĂ©jeuner est impeccable, variĂ© et de bonne qualitĂ©. En revanche, l’hĂŽtel Ă©tait en travaux pendant notre sĂ©jour, ce qui n’était pas prĂ©cisĂ© au moment de la rĂ©servation, et l’accĂšs au spa n’est pas inclus dans le prix de la chambre — une information qu’on aurait aimĂ© avoir Ă  l’avance. Cet Ă©tablissement pourrait vraiment ĂȘtre une belle adresse, mais le manque flagrant de suivi au niveau du mĂ©nage gĂąche tout. Il suffirait pourtant de peu pour amĂ©liorer considĂ©rablement l’expĂ©rience client.

TrĂšs bon sĂ©jour. L’appartement est bien amĂ©nagĂ© et Ă©quipĂ©. Nous avons beaucoup apprĂ©ciĂ© l’insonorisation : nous n’étions pas gĂȘnĂ© par nos voisins ( la rĂ©sidence Ă©tait complĂšte au moment de notre sĂ©jour ). Le local pour stocker les skis Ă©taient trĂšs pratique et la salle de jeux apprĂ©ciĂ©e par nos enfants. Il est Ă©galement possible de louer les skis directement Ă  la rĂ©sidence. L’accĂšs aux pistes peut se faire Ă  pied en quelques minutes.

Résidence bien placée et trÚs bon accueil

Je suis dĂ©jĂ  venue car rĂ©sidence bien placĂ©e et agrĂ©able. Mais cette fois sĂ©jour gĂąchĂ© par la porte de l'appartement avec serrure grippĂ©e et impossible Ă  ouvrir Ă  certains moments jusqu'au moment oĂč le technicien est passĂ© huiler la serrure. Autre hic, beaucoup de bruit, surtout la nuit. Dommage car emplacement trĂšs sympa et les personnes de l'accueil trĂšs accueillantes.

HĂ©bergement correct, horaires d’arrivĂ©e pas trĂšs flexible, par exemple, nous sommes arrivĂ©s Ă  11h et nous sommes tombĂ©s sur l’accueil fermĂ© jusqu’à 16 h , donc obligĂ© d’attendre l’ouverture pour pouvoir avoir accĂšs Ă  notre logement. Garage couvert et sĂ©curisĂ© trĂšs apprĂ©ciable surtout quand il neige . Literie pas trĂšs confortable mais pour 2 nuits ça convient , logement bien chauffĂ©.

Pros: Buena Ubicacion y buen precio. Instalaciones decentes (parking, ascensor) Contras: No nos llego el SMS ni ninguns comunicacion con el codigo para hacer el check in y casi no podemos entrar al llegar. Hay que limpiar completamente la habitacion (sabanas, basura, aspiradora) y sino te multan. Mucho olor a comida en los pasillos.

RĂ©sidence hĂŽteliĂšre situĂ©e au cƓur de la station de ski font Romeu PyrĂ©nĂ©es 2000 sur un axe passant allant du petit centre commercial Ă  la station . La chambre est spacieuse avec une kitchenette, une salle de bain avec baignoire et un coin sĂ©jour spacieux. La terrasse est grande . Tout est lĂ  pour passer un bon sĂ©jour. Merci
