The nicest hotel I stayed in by far. Nicest amentities for a long term stay. I was very sad I was there for only one night. This is good for a couple's long term stay or a solo traveller, but not great if you are in a party or people who are not comfortable sharing close quarters- rooms are not very big. Other than that, really really nice and I will be coming back here!

Everything was smooth from the check-in to the check-out. The staff are amazing, especially Othman at the reception. The location is also convenient and lie within a walking distance of Rabat Agdal train station.

Good location next to Arribat Center, We stayed in the family room for 4 on the 1st floor. Beds were comfortable! True that they will not give you more than 2 towels, and not even any small towels or washcloths. Better to bring your own! From the description, I assumed breakfast was a paid buffet option next door, but it was a la carte from the menu in the room. Front desk were nice enough, just different from Western expectations. Thanks for storing our huge bags!

The hotel was in a decent location, not super far away from the tram line. The apartment is big enough, with many facilities included. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had some problems with the shower - the shower door does not stop the water - and the balcony door - does not fully close. There are also not enough hangers in the closet. Other than these, it served its purpose.

Overall, the stay was good. The apartment was comfortable, and Karima was helpful—she explained everything clearly to us. However, one thing I didn’t like was the additional tourist tax of 43 MAD per person, per day, regardless of whether it’s an adult or a child. I understand it’s a city policy, but honestly, if I had known about this extra cost upfront, I wouldn’t have booked the place. Transparency about these charges before booking would have been appreciated

A good hotel close to train station and some stores. Not to close to the tourist centre but a 30 minute walk if required. Reception staff are very friendly and gave me directions as requested.

It is not worthier.

They were trying to get more taxes than was written in the bill. They did not agreed not to pay till I called the police. The shower was not good. The laundry was leaking and making noise. The room is not secure. I couldn’t sleep because of other room’s noise.
