The hotel is in a very lively area. Not good for children, lots of sex shops in a 2 block radius. Room was clean and well equipped with a kitchen. Everything needed for home away from home. Reasonable uber fare to downtown sightseeing area. I had an amazing time!!

Great hotel

Great hotel for a family stay, very comfortable and good size. Location is great (a lot of sex shops but no problems!) and very good value for Paris. Good facilities, clean and staff all helpful and friendly. Would recommend.

The first employee that receive us was very nice, but the second employee was a little bit more rough when we were trying to explain him a problem that we have with the key of the hotel was not a lovely experience with him but overall, the hotel was OK and also the area of the hotel

Near Moulon Rouge, so it was an interesting part of town to say the least. Staff was helpful. Room was tight for 4 of us for the week. Would have been better for two.

Room not like photos, not that modern or up to date, could’ve done with being decorated. Not enough room inside the room to spend a lot of time as not enough seating for 4 people, very cramped. Kettle blew up one morning too and stunk the place out and not really enough teabags etc on the tray. Bit of a language barrier too with some reception staff when we asked for more towels or any other questions. Upon arrival we wondered what type of hotel it was going to be as you’re surrounded by sex shops and clubs. Although it says no smoking, people did smoke in their rooms and the place stunk of smoke and you could hear noise from other rooms. We used the hotel as a base but wouldn’t have wanted to spend any more time there as it was too small and no English channels on the tv.

The hotel itself was wonderful. I knew the area had adult stores nearby, but figured they’d be more discrete, but they’re not. I stayed with my kids and got lots of questions as we walked between the metro and the hotel. Not the hotels fault, but just be mindful/ready if traveling with little ones. Otherwise, the location is fantastic. Close to metro and trendy neighborhoods.

Property itself was nice and staff was great. It was also extremely convenient to food, stores, and souvenir shops. The only thing that was a (very minor) issue, was the sex shops and peep shows that surrounded it. It would be like the red light district of Paris. It was just unexpected, that's all. Great to stay here and I felt safe ...just don't bring your kids!
