Great hotel in the middle of old town

Location was amazing. Right in the center of town. 2 min walk to the Christmas market. Walkable to most of the major sights. Lots of eateries around the hotel.

Perfect Location

The stay was comfortable, everything was exactly as we expected. Rooms were exactly as pictured. Parking was tricky, as the roads are not updated on maps and with many 1 way streets we couldn’t find our way. Location otherwise is perfect, 10 mins walking distance to the best attractions, shopping and restaurants.

Good start, good stay, terrible finale

The room size was rather small. The kitchenette was very well-equipped. The toilet was separated from the bathroom which allowed for convenience in usage. The parking garage was easily accessible but not easy for exit. We informed the front desk staff that we were leaving with our car and reminded them to open the garage door. However we were left waiting on a very steep slope for a long time. We flashed our headlights and honked a few times to alert the front desk staff while waiting. A French lady in her car was also waiting behind us. It was annoying and stressful. Finally we called the front desk to alert them and they eventually let us out. The stay was pretty good, but the finale was terrible.

Location is good. Stone throw away from Klebèr square and walking distance to petite France. I have a high expectation on Citadines as I have had a nice stay in Ascott-brand apartment in Chong Qing. So I was kind of disappointed to open the door to a Budget looking room. The beds were hard and they are rollaway type. Nevertheless it is not a bad place to stay. I am more disappointed with the lady serving me during my checkout. Perhaps she is the only unfriendly person I met in the beautiful Strasbourg. No eye contact, no smile. she wore a displeasure look. This is not an acceptable service in a hotel.

Conveniently located

Conveniently located. It’s a peaceful/ quiet area to stay yet near to the tram, restaurant, convenient store, and attractions. Breakfast is good. It has two lifts, bigger than those we’ve stayed so far in France which is good. The room has a mini kitchen which is also good us. Basic amenities is available.

Decent hotel, good location.

Hotel is conveniently located but is old. Being an apart-hotel, they do not make up the room daily, but some apart-hotels do offer that without additional costs.

It’s in the center, short walk to the Cathedral and other points of interest. The layout of the unit was a bit odd and small, but we made it enjoyable. We loved the smell of the soap and shampoo. The receptionists were very friendly. Overall, it was an excellent stay; highly recommended.

We love our stay at Citadines! Very centrally located, few steps from the metro and just a very short walk to the plaza, cathedral and shopping areas. We were there for the christmas market and we enjoyed how close we were. Our room was beautifully prepared for our stay, very nice and clean with a lovely note to welcome us. The reception people were very helpful with our queries, they were just wonderful even the lady at the breakfast room.

I found the hotel very centrally located which was amazing. There were lots of restaurants near by and it was close to the Christmas market. I however was not a fan of how thin the doors were. Every time someone shut their door you would hear it so loudly. I sleep with ear plugs in and still woke up do to the loudness of people in the hallway and the slamming of their hotel doors.
