Amazing, great staff, super friendly environment, lovely room and very specious, good location, has three kobinis near by and a delicious bakery right next to it. It also makes you feel like you are living like a japanese. I really recommend, would love to stay there again!

Amazing staff that takes care of you and is very welcoming. Room was great with plenty of space and it was perfectly clean. If and when I come back to Osaka, I will definitely rent here again!

Centrally located. Perfect size for an our family of 5 (2 adults & 3 teenagers). Easy distance to Osaka Castle, Dotonbori, public transport etc. Plenty of food options around.

The Room was clean and centrally located. The bed could definitely use some improvement woke up in the middle of the night with a sore back. It has a washer but no dryer and it was raining so we couldn’t wash our clothes.

Great location, great reception staff friendly and helpful. Close to station and safe at night. Hotel was great and clean and safe only complaint perhaps bigger garbage bins in room in hallway next to door would be a good locations. But recommend this hotel and great value for money .

Property was well located, although a bit small for 4 adults. The only negative is the property is at the front of a main road, so I recommend earplugs if you're a light sleeper, like I am.

Great hotel. The mini kitchen area with microwave, fridge, and stove was a plus. Close to bunch of convenience stores. Only slight downside is every subway station was a minimum 15 minute walk. Not terrible though, but keep in mind if you have mobility issues.
