Loved the room that we were in. The classic penthouse is very big and spacious. Decor is a little dated but overall it’s a very nice and quiet place. Would definitely stay here again.

Poor amenities, like it does not make sense to have a TV but have no electrical connection to power the TV. There was a coffee maker, but no coffee service (coffee powder, sugar, creamer). Basic necessities were missing. Not well thought out at all.

Property was clean & comfortable,we had a 3BR/2BA unit. Both pools & hot tub areas were also very well maintained. Traveled with a teenager & senior in our party, felt very safe at all times. Reception staff was very helpful & recommended restaurants, stores, attractions & tours during our stay. Housekeeping was excellent! Complementary breakfast was good but got a little boring after 10 days but it was way better than a continental at the chain places. Highly recommend to anyone planning to travel to Costa Rica

Check-in was very easy and the front desk associate, Larry, was so welcoming and helpful. The heated pool and hot tub were fantastic. The continental breakfast had a good variety and included yogurt, fruit, pastries, eggs and gallo pinto among other items. They also offered almond milk for coffee! Safe, central location for our activities with secure parking. We really enjoyed our stay and found it to be a great value.

Loved the size of the units (bedrooms, baths), cleanliness, breakfast service/options and amenities available - onsite laundry, pool, hot tub. Did not use gym or spa. Did not have enough towels for the pool and those that were provided were not fully dry (taken from the slowest dryer) when we needed them. Kitchen did not have any dish detergent to wash the dishes.
