The property was modern and clean and very warm. The position of the property was very good. The original booking said that one parking space was included, but this was not the case and was not communicated to us very well at all. In fact the owner told us we could unload our car by the door and then move the car to a public car, what they didn't say was that we would get fined if we parked too long! As the keyholder did not turn up for half an hour, we have been told that we will be fined. To date this has not arrived, and hopefully after complaining I hope this does not happen, but if we do receive a fine, I will be in touch.

Très bel appartement spacieux et bien agencé. Belles chambres avec salle de bains attenantes, ce qui est confortable et agréable pour un séjour en famille. Petit bémol sur la propreté de la vaisselle, nous avons dû laver quelques bols, ustensiles...avant utilisation ! Un contrôle entre deux locations serait appréciable... Le matelas de la chambre Master a besoin d'être changé, nous sentons tous les ressorts ! Communication facile avec Maya, bonne situation géographique à proximité des jardins de Kew Garden, des transports publics et d'un Sainsbury.
