Great location & overall quality. Important to mention guests that due to the historic nature of the venue, there are relevant limitations in accessibility, and the need to use stairs to access all rooms. Worth mentioning great and timely breakfast- in room.

I only stayed one night but I thoroughly enjoyed my visit. A charming little boutique hotel, right in the heart of old town Dubrovnik. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean, comfortable, and had nice modern conveniences, including the beautiful bathroom! And best of all, they delivered a beautiful breakfast tray at my desired time!

A nice place to stay. The property is modern, clean and perfect for a couple of days away. It would benefit from a handy man to do a couple of simple jobs, such as tighten taps, screw table top to base, tighten shelf fixing, secure door handle into bathroom, fix dangerous electric socket next to shelf. Courteous welcome and daily service of room.

Pro: Perfect location❤️ Communication with the property was great! The Scalini Palace is quaint and beautiful. Small kitchenette was well stocked. Cons: I thought I reserved a room with a balcony and it was only a Juliet balcony, maybe my mistake and I thought breakfast was included, didn’t realize that I had to make it myself 😂All in all I would stay there again when we come back❤️

While the room was clean and check in easy, the front desk informed me there was no breakfast when I purchased the package with breakfast inclusive. The hotel was noisy and we were woken up several times in middle of night. So loud…Sounded like a break in The shower water was tepid at best and turned cold within a minute of using.

Great location, but…

Nice staff, great location, but unconfortable beds, noise could be heard outside long into the night, especially Friday - Saturday night was like trying to sleep at a disco. I would not choose that location again if you value a good night's sleep.

Absolutely loved this accommodation! In the heart of Old Town Dubrovnik where you can easily walk everywhere. The staff was fantastic and very helpful. They kept in constant communication and provided great recommendations. The Deluxe room was wonderful with a great balcony view of Old Town. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was really nice. The decor was added great ambience and the entire hotel was spotless. Thank you for a memorable and comfy stay!

Our recent trip to Dubrovnik July 2024

We loved our visit to Dubrovnik . City is buzzing and friendly lovely staff everywhere . Hotel was relaxed and mini apartment room at 4 th floor. . Do not get dropped of at the Buza Gate wrong gate into city as there is very large stairs down to street all the way to the to bottom . Ask taxi to take you to Pile or Ploce gate . Hotel staff and convience to everything from their hotel level is superb.

Nice local hotel, smack in the center of the old town. Nice staff. It's not as a great as the photos suggest. No balconies, you are looking at the adjacent wall. If you come with luggage, beware. Parking is 15 minutes away minimum. The recommended parking garage ripped us off. Not the hotels fault but I ask them to never recommend this again. They charged 304 EUR instead of the adversities 80 EUR for less than two days parking. Very bad feeling leaving Dubrovnik. Generally the city is now overpriced. We won’t come back for a while.

This is a pleasant, clean boutique hotel with friendly staff in a great location right in the middle of the old. It has eight rooms and we booked what is the best room which is the top floor "Deluxe Suite" with balcony. The room has character, is modern and tastefully furnished and has a kitchenette. The small balcony (and it is very small) has nice views across the rooftops of the old town. However, I've given the hotel just an "average" rating overall as there were a few things that don't reflect a 4-star hotel. For example breakfast was poor - brought to your room at a pre-arranged time (guests are asked to book and pre-order the day before from a fixed menu, I ordered the option that supposedly included baccon & egg but the whole thing came was just a rather tasteless omlette whilst the fruit in my wife's cereal was still frozen), the lack of anyone at reception much of the time and no facility to help with luggage even if you book their own airport car transfer meaning (in our case) having to haul heavy suitcases through the busy old town in very hot weather (other hotels at least have a luggage trolly to loan guests) so, in my view it did not represent 4-star quality overall and was not good value (we paid over £300 for one night).

Two night stay in Dubrovnik!

Beautiful hotel in the heart of old town Dubrovnik! Great communication prior to check in and smooth check in process. Room a little warm as we were on the top floor but totally understandable given a heat wave in Europe. Breakfast was amazing and brought to your room with a coffee drink of choice was superb! Would recommend!

Amazing place and location

Super easy check-in. Lots of info from Edi and Alen. We opted for the airport pick and it went great. Car was waiting for us when we arrived just make sure they drop you off at the Pile gate. Room was as expected and lots of hot water and amenities were as described. Breakfast was brought to our room (plus), and it was instagram worthy, amazing presentation. There was some noise from the bars downstairs, so if you’re a light sleeper, you may want to pass, but we didn’t mind the noise as we went down and joined in on the fun.

Ótima escolha se quiser ficar na Old Town, fica próxima a simplesmente tudo e melhor não precisa subir um milhão de lances de escadas. Café da manhã maravilhoso pena que só tive chance de tomar um. Ponto Negativo: horário de início do café só a partir das 7:30 pedi para servir às 7 mas disseram não ser possível. Água quente só rende um banho, se tem duas mulheres cabeludas que irão lavar o cabelo, uma certamente tomará banho frio. Eu sou do tipo que mesmo no calor extremo gosta de banho quente então isso para mim foi bem desconfortável. Dependendo da sua acomodação irá escutar barulho de manhã e na madrugada, mas como estava muito cansada esse não foi um problema para mim De qualquer forma vejo muito mais pontos positivos do que negativo, voltaria a me hospedar nesse hotel com certeza.

Great location - steps from history!

It’s all about location! We didn’t realize that we wouldn’t have the ability to get dropped off at front door so we had to haul our luggage through Old Town. Thankfully Allen came out to help from hotel and carried 2 bags for us - huge help! The hotel is a no frills option with just one person working desk and very small entryway. The condition of the room was very good and the included breakfast was excellent - brought to your room in the morning at your requested time. We were steps away from all the historical sites and so many great restaurants and shops. Make sure you book porter service for your bags through Baggage and Smile - well worth it!!! Hotel was very noisy at night due to nightlife in the plaza. If you want a great location at reasonable price compared to other hotel offering, you will be happy with this selection - just do some prep work to make your experience more enjoyable!!’ Earplugs a must.
