Good value

For the price very good, clean comfortable small room nice bed shower worked fine, very central location, helpful reception staff, it’s in a steep street that looks a bit run down but is safe and a good cheap Turkish cafe on the corner

Room condition was terrible and run down. Apartment is in what seems to be the red light district of Istanbul. Staff very friendly and helpful.

ive stayed here many times because its a very good price for central istanbul- it is quite basic but it has character, it is in the tarlabasi a very old district of istanbul, a bit ramshackle- which i like, but safe,. there are friendly reception staff, close to istiklal caddesi with its many restaurants and shops. its on a very steep street so not great for people with mobility problems, it is also close to the famous sunday market, comfortable bed, i slept well

Hotel nightmare

Awful place unsafe for children, supposed to have 3 nights but left after the 1st night, tried to get a refund but couldn’t, outside is full of prostitution awful place.

Dirty and noisy place

Don’t trust pictures because the reality is something else. Always read the feedbacks and comments from other visitors before booking the hotels. This apartments are really dirty, no elevators, very noisy …..

The room was not comfortable at all! Noisy, mini fridge was broken, Ac was very weak, not recommended you can get a way nicer hotel for same price!

It was nothing like I was hoping from the pictures. The room, especially the bathroom doesn’t look like in the photos at all. I’m very disappointed. Also the smell from the canalisation came into the room, it smelled nasty. The reception also wasn’t communicative at all during check-in!

The manager of this property lied. They first said the wifi is great and it never worked for us on 4 devices. We checked out as soon as we came in. They then told us to contact Expedia for a refund, then they text us on Whatsapp saying there is no refund even though they said there would be one. Overall bad experience. It is not worth the savings to stay here. Bad location, and bad management, ruined part of our trip as we had to relocate last minute.

0/5 It was not safe at all, it was very dirty and had a bad smell. The whole room smelled of paint. We only stayed there for half an hour and we all got headache. The photos posted on the internet did not match the reality at all. The staff did not behave well and did not take care of our problems at all. We arrived at 11pm and had to look for a new hotel that night. Although the problems were from the hotel, they did not return our money and treated us badly. They are thieves!!!

I been in this place few times as close to Taksim but this room was first time place Getting very Bad Despite the Fact is Very Dirty It is like a hostel not As any of the Photos, and it is inhuman it is like shelter, but i have read other Reviews Responding From Kind of Idiot instead of explaining or apology He tells ppl what do you expect for very cheap night i agree but you Just also have to take a photo of A real condition of the property Right Now and update your Description so people can decide based on reality do not treat ppl like you giving them bargains you post price and photos so the only one knows you are Foul tourist is you so please as much you are brave to aggressively answer reviews just be honest , but putting photos for the building since it built and ppl will think that is the room and building conditions, also Expedia shouldn’t post such places to stay we are not Coming to immigrate we are coming on vacation and we pay for it. I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL UNSAFE, Filthy this place need total Renovatio

Dear Team, Many thanks for your email, I just would like to tell you, this is one of the worst accommodations I have ever tried in my life, for the following reasons, After long flight, depart London at 18:00, I arrived around 8:00 am the following day, left my luggage, then he shocked me by saying your room on the fourth floor and there is no lift in thus hotel, also, no water, it was cut and come back around 6:00 am the following day, internet was very very poor, you can open any email, I asked them nicely to change it the first or even second floor, they replied , it is all full, no a/c air condition, they set it on fan only, also, TV is not working, he tried to turn it on, but he failed and said, it is all Turkish channels, you don't need it, during my stay for 3 days, no one come to clean the room, even change the sheets and towels, I told them my wife is a disabled person, grade A since 1998, see her latest badges to believe this, and we are waiting for the renewal of the new badge, I am not expecting here an apology, but a full refund for this bad experience, and spoiled my holiday that I planned for it the whole year after Covid-19, to take my wife to do some change, because her mental status is so bad, she has Asthma as well.
