Room has lizard inside very difficulty to sleep thou staff tried to get rid of it was unsuccessful she said they will change the room but it didnt happened I t was very hard to sleep that night .I have spend time in so many hotel but this was worst WONT RECOMEND ANY OF MY FRIENDS TO VISIT THIS HOTEL

We felt like we had a personalized experience with the fishing advice given, shown the good spots and ideas for activities. We feel we got to know the staff well and enjoyed our stay. We ended up staying here as the Shangri-La stuffed us around with our booking. The location is good with a good super market within walking distance. The staff were lovely and went above and beyond. We stayed in a two bedroom villa, great size and comfortable beds. Not any cooking utensils in kitchen so it made it difficult to cook and the restaurant was closed. They did offer to get the chef in if we wanted but we were the only ones staying there so we felt bad. The property overall is in pretty ordinary condition, no maintenance getting done and the condition of the pool is pretty bad. If you want peace and quiet with no one else around then it might be the place for you but I wouldn't recommend staying here.
