The view from the room was incredible. The staff wasn't the friendliest, but they weren't bad either. The room is spacious and comfortable. The parking isn't in the building; you have to walk about two blocks. It's not terrible, but just something to keep in mind.

The people working at the hotel were extremely nice. The building itself is a little bit outdated but it's really not over all any issues . Beautiful location rate across from the beach. Tram and bus stops very close by.

Very nice in Nice

Prime position on the Promenade des Anglais, with a fabulous view of the Med and close to public transport and amenities. The air con refused to work, the fridge hummed like it was about to take off and the bathroom could do with a refurb, but it was spacious and very comfortable - and I would stay there again simply for that view!

Second time we visited, this time with big balcony out to the sea. Very friendly and helpful personel, very nicely cleaned apartment when we arrived. Dishwasher needs some repair. Also oiling of door-hinges (very squeaky).

The property was very clean and comfortable. It’s in a great location with bars, restaurants, grocery and tram service very close by. The rooftop was nice with chairs and umbrellas, although wish it had a pool. We would stay here again!

Family stay in two sea view rooms.

The staff were friendly and offered advice. They even went to get gluten free bread for the breakfast bar. The rooms were clean, well stocked, and spacious. The sea view rooms had an ample terrace and great views.
