The location of the property was very good. The property is at Av. de Julio. Hence we were walking distance to a lot of places, what was very good for avoiding having to take a taxi (although we also did a very nice bus trip through almost all the city of Buenos Aires including La Boca, Alto Palermo, Puerto Madero, Recoleta and many other places). The appartments are a good option for families with more than one children. We went there with 3 children (they are 10, 8 and 6 years old). The appartments have a lot of space. We had a 2 floors apartment with 2 bathrooms, one kitchen and one dinning room. The staff was friendly. The appartment had 2 air conditions that could also be used for heating. There was only one elevator for the whole property but in most of the cases it was sufficient. The warm water for taking a shower was sometimes not constant. We think that this was the case when someone else was also taking a shoer (as we hace 2 bath rooms). We had Wifi in the appartements and in the lobby. The connection was good. Also other guests appear to be happy with the decision to go to this place. The atmosphere in general was very good and very comfortable. I will recommend to my friends to go to this property. The experience was all in all very good and we will go back there in the future. The price was very good taking into account the very good location, the sufficient space, in general the good conditions of the appartments and the good treatment of the staff.
