A true gem!!

We loved every second of our almots 2-weeks stay. The staff and management are so friendly, helpful and professional. The poolbar is great and has proper variation of food and drinks. The room was spacious (ours 205) and fresh, nice interior and lovely balcony. As many write it gets overcrowded at weekends by locals, yes a bit crowded, but we didnt mind at all. It was fun and gave it a buzzing lounge pool bar vibe. Good music and tasty drinks by the pool! Our stay was perfect in every way. Big thanks to all staff that made our vacation so memorable <3

The rooms and the amenities were modern, and the staff was excellent; they were very friendly and accommodating. The location could not have been better. 1 bus away from Palma and the airport. Airport buses run as early as 4:45am. I would recommend this hotel.

Lovely well maintained hotel, large apartments. Friendly and super helpful staff, willing to help with bus timetables, pronunciation, and very kindly extended room stay for us. Had the large pool to ourselves, lifeguard on duty, small collection of free books to exchange, near to small but clean beach, easy trek to a tower with great view over the bay. This is an upmarket area catering to wealthy older German couples and British families, nice and quiet to stay in but for eating and shopping, grab the bus to Peguera.

Relaxing holiday Apartments.

Our holiday at Villa Real was just what we needed. Very relaxing & comfortable. Staff were very helpful and went out of their way to provide an apartment suiting our wheelchair user son. The food in restaurant was very tasty and reasonably priced. All staff friendly and communicated well. We will return, hopefully soon.

The staff was very friendly. The property was clean and the atmosphere nice. The only aspect that we did not like was the bed. It was only 140cm and the mattress was sagging.

To be recommended- and I rarely say that!

our second stay, albeit a brief one this time, and in the space of 9 months they have upgraded the reception and pool area, particularly access to the latter. Friendly, well located (half an hour drive from airport and minutes from the beach) accommodating, superb value for money, spacious air conditioned suites, clean with daily housekeeping and flexible on check out time. We will certainly be returning in the future.

WARNING stay away at weekends - an outside party was organised for saturday where booming music was blasting out - so loud we and other paying guests had to leave pool - shame there was no consideration for paying guests !! And childrens party was organised for the sunday - spanish children are very loud!! During the week pool area was lovely and quiet with nice pool bar. Apartment was lovely and spacious. Great location 3 mins walk from beach and restaurants. Would recommend bar bagari - good reasonable food . Pool towels were provided on request. Staff were lovely and friendly - would have given 5 stars if it wasnt for the loud pool party

Great, but the Weekend Changed the Experience

We recently stayed at this hotel and were genuinely impressed with the quality of the facilities and the relaxing atmosphere — at least for the first two days. The room was clean, the staff were friendly, and we initially felt we had made a great choice. However, once the weekend arrived, the experience changed dramatically. The hotel seemed to become overbooked, and the previously calm environment gave way to a very crowded scene, particularly at the bar and pool areas. It quickly became apparent that a significant portion of the crowd were locals using the facilities, which gave the place more of a day-resort feel than the relaxing getaway we expected. To top it off, on Sunday there was a large children’s birthday party on the property, with over 60 kids running around the complex. While we understand events like this can be fun for some, it wasn’t what we had in mind for a peaceful weekend, especially given the price point of the stay. Overall, the hotel itself is lovely, and we did enjoy the beginning of our stay. That said, it would have been helpful to know in advance that the hotel hosts events and allows public access to facilities on weekends. Had we known, we likely would have chosen a quieter alternative more suited to our expectations.

Nice property, clean but services was lacking and sometime inappropriate. Actively leaking fridge in the room and we were only offered to get our food stored somewhere else. No refund offered, they refused to get us another room. No compensation whatsoever. When asking a nice restaurant recommandation, staff (in their mid 20’s probably) sent us to a resto bar for very young people even if we are in our 50’s….Inappropriate as they should know how to target their suggestions according to their client’s age. Anyway, nice property. So so service
