Pay extra because your flight is delayed

I was a bit stressed out as they have very limited support for addressing access issues. I had to pay extra to have the keyless entry code extended. This is the first time what I have ever been asked to pay extra because my flight got delay (totally outside my control).

Lamentable. Habíamos contratado habitación para dos noches, y pagado un extra por si hubiera que cancelar la estadía y así asegurarnos el reembolso. Nos enviaron varios mensajes para que pagáramos previamente un impuesto local, nos terminaron cobrando la estadía completa varios días antes de llegar. Cuando viajábamos desde Viena, hubo un accidente ferroviario que nos detuvo durante horas, y debido a la gravedad del mismo iba a ser imposible llegar a Budapest. Avisamos bastante antes de la hora del check-in, que además insistían para que lo hiciéramos online varios días antes. Tuvimos que contratar hotel en Viena, por suerte conseguimos. A pesar de las comunicaciones con el hotel, y luego de las gestiones que llevó adelante Hoteles.com, no nos otorgaron el reembolso. Nunca más, y lamentablemente por gente como esta ahora le decimos Budapeste. Nunca nos había ocurrido algo así.

Auto check in was not easy especially if you are not aware ( emails was in the junk) but the assistance i had make it easier , the apartment was good and the location is the best if you like the night life (very close to night clubs and restaurants)

Painful getting checked in. Lots of emails/texts back and forth, drove to one location and started unpacking the car only to find out the apartment was in another location and the parking was 1 km away. Once checked in, the apartment was adequate and clean. Price per night was good but parking and cleaning fee doubled the price. Would not recommend unless you have an hour or so to kill getting checked in and situated. Good location though.

Even if the apartment was clean and spacious the walls were really thin and we could hear other guests form other rooms all the time. So we found it with noise. Check in was fast but hosts were not communicative at all. Towels were just two for two people even if we had reserved for 5 days. If you need more towels there is extra payment for everything. Really basic and not even toilet paper included in the price.

Great Location, Not So Great Stay

Honestly this place was lacking. The bedding was downright ugly, since it was the same bedding I saw in the morning when we dropped off our bags, I question how clean it was. The shower was gross, and the whole place needed a deep clean. Before I arrived I was bombarded with emails about how they needed the exact time of arrival (which I responded to each time) becuase there is no reception and someone has to be there to give me a key. Then right before arrival they send me an email with instructions to get in, and it was all codes, no keys. They only clean once every 4 days, and charge you for a clean towle inbetween cleanings. This also means no new toilet paper for 4 days. The location is pretty great though, its in the old ghetto, which has been given new life with plenty of shops, restaurants, and things to do. Its down the rode from the synagogue and multiple Jewish museums. Its a out two blocks from the metro and the tram stop. Central Market is two stops away by tram. It does have air conditioning which is nice. If your on a budget, you'll survive this hotel, but if you can afford something better, go for it.

Poor room

We had very bad time in.. The place not quit at all it was old building with club under it so we can't sleep at night because of it's very loud and shouting all the time otherwise there is problems in bath there is blockage in pipelines so it's overflowing all the time beside that there is no parking and we had cold meeting with the staff they are not friendly at all and didn't help us and they didn't stay in the ... we can't find them when we need them so I didn't recommend this place

Love the location and as a semi local I can vouch for it. The rate is fair for a basic type accommodation. As I’ve stayed with them several times in the past I’ll repeat my suggestion: put some basic liquid soap in the shower that you can buy in bulk.
