They have all the necessary utensils you need in the kitchen, washing machine, dryer and hanger for drying the clothes. The staff at the counter are very helpful. What I don't like is there is no lock for adjoining bathroom, no aircon in the rooms, one of the rooms has no window so you cannot close the door at night when sleeping.

This place is solid and gets the job done. The property looks like it is 20-30 years old but is really well-maintained. Don't expect any sort of luxurious service because this is an apartment resort. Will be back again with my own extra soap and shampoo for a week's stay.

Quiet surrounding near to the beach

Apartment is located in Labrador, Quiet environment. The unit I am staying in is only 2nd storey facing the beach. The apartment contains all the household utensils/cookware (e.g. pots, pans, spatula and etc) to cook your food. Microwave and Oven are provided. It has dishwasher as well. Fridge exterior is wearing off but still in working condition. The unit has washing machine, dryer, drying rack as well. Wifi is provided, The toilet is connected to the bedroom and living room. There is only 1 air-con unit which thankfully I am staying in the autumn period so there is no need to on the air-con. The unit I stay in has only 1 bedroom with a queen size bed, A single bed is located near the unit entrance; it is in the open and there is no door, For the person occupying the single bed, unless you are heavy sleeper, you can be easily be disturbed by the flushing of water down the pipe or people dragging luggage. There is a free secured basement carpark lot provided if you checked in with a car. Parking lot is quite ample. Checking in and out is easy. Counter staff are very friendly and helpful as well. Please note that the counter staff are not there 24X7,

Close to the beach

Love the view from the room and the close proximity to the beach. There was no lock on bathroom doors and no housekeeping during my 4 days stay. It is quite a distance to shopping malls and theme parks if traveling by public transport. Would recommend to stay here only if you are driving.

Holiday in Gold Coast

Good for 1 or 2 days stay. If you intend to stay more than that, prepare to buy your own expendable like dish washing detergent, coffee & tea and toilet papers as the motel only provide enough for 1 day. Oh yes, don't expect Amy shampoo or shower gel there.

Nice experience

We stayed there for 8 nights and it was a nice experience. Room was clean and new. We can see seaworld from our balcony and so we can see helicopters flying and people playing sea sports.

Great location lovely view- Large palms need some tlc and windows/runs need a good clean full of dust and cobwebs …but beds were very comfy- Free ice blocks were a lovely touch. Great gym to use but no cleaning products in gym to wipe down equipment. We will be back thankyou

Recently spent 3 night at this property. The rooms were clean and set up well. Stayed in a one bedroom apartment which only had aircon in the lounge room however a pedistal fan was provided in the room. Wasn’t an issue as it was just myself and my partner. Overall great little place which I would book again.

Some good some not so good

Downside- 3 bedrooms and only one had air con, fridge was old and had cracked tray, only cne with small milk, no water or mini bar. No breakfast. bedroom TV's did not work. The upsides. Spa and pool and sauna and steam room were great thou, gym small but was useable upto date gym machines. Bed and pillow were comfortable.

Plenty of parking for holidayers in safe secure underground parking. Basic amenities but kept very clean and with access to pool, sauna, workout areas was a bonus. Friendly service and easy check in/out process. Would stay again.
