Newly Renovated In-Town Apartment - Close to everything!

Nice and Quiet one bedroom/ one bathroom apartment. Newly renovated and completely refurnished with attention to detail for travelers. Close to everything in town and only minutes from the airport, and many area restaurants. Walking distance or a short Cab/ Uber ride away from many of the attractions along the Chena River and downtown Fairbanks.
This 1,000 sq. ft. apartment has a separate bedroom and bathroom, with a brand new Queen size bed and luxury linens. We even thought of black out shades in the bedroom for those long summer days in Alaska, bathrobes for use during your stay. A well appointed kitchen and separate living room with cozy sofa and desk area. You will find everything you need for relaxing after a long day of travel, site seeing or any adventure you choose.
Located in a commercial building you will have plenty of privacy and quiet, as well as 24 hour security. We are very close to The University of Alaska, Fairbanks and about 100 miles from Denali National Park - an easy 1.5 hour drive away.
Designed for a traveling couple, but there is easily room for a small child or baby. Pets will be considered on a case by case basis. Absolutely no smoking, please!

Fabulous place!

New renovations are tastefully done and the place is super comfortable. The location next to a busy road was not a noise issue as the apartment is tucked around the corner of the building. There were however, noise issues within the apartment. Something that sounded like the system for air (heating, cooling) for the entire building maybe located just beyond the bedroom wall that went on and off regularly. Other than that one complaint it was one of the nicest VRBO apartments we've stayed in.

Thank you Christine! We are glad you were comfortable, and appreciate the renovations and care that went into our remodel. The air compressor for the building is located on the opposite side of the building, downstairs from the apartment. Sorry, that noise bothered you - we have never gotten that complaint before. We appreciate your feedback.

Attention to detail is outstanding!

Great location, convenient and quiet area. The property is stunning, newly renovated, and owner provides extra amenities, ie shampoo, hand towels, cooking utensils, frying pan, even coffee creamer and Keurig coffee choices. It's all the little details that really add up to an excellent stay and well cared for property for a homeaway from home experience. I will be recommending this place for family and friends visiting the Fairbanks area!!
