About this property
This memorable stay is anything but ordinary
This memorable stay is anything but ordinary. Cross your very own rope bridge to get to your cozy treehouse. A luxury bathhouse with hot tub on the ground will summon you after a long day of Alaskan adventures.
Brought to you by Alaska Adventure Properties, the "Alaska Adventure Lodge" is an Amazing tree house micro-Resort and historic Alaskan lodge. Hidden away in the heart of Fairbanks, this secret hideaway is the perfect place for your groups next adventure.
The treehouses are located right in the middle of Fairbanks. You may hear some airplane and train noise.
Guests will be the only ones to have access to their treehouse. You will have a private self check in code to your treehouse. The Grouse treehouse does have a shared deck with the Puffin treehouse next door. Only these 2 treehouses have access to the deck in the trees. The bathhouse with its 2 bathrooms, and laundry room is shared between all 4 treehouses. All units on the property can use the hot tub and any of the micro-resort amenities.
This amazon unique space is best for two adults but can sleep 2 adults and 1 child. The treehouse has a living area, kitchen, toilet room and a loft with a queen bed. There is a shared deck in the trees between the Grouse treehouse and the Puffin treehouse. You cross your own rope bridge to get to your front door and private deck. There is a separate bathhouse that you have to walk to that is shared between the 4 treehouses. The bathhouse has 2 bathrooms with beautiful showers and a shared laundry room with 2 washing machines and 2 dryers. There is no running water in the treehouse it has a canister toilet with a dry flush system.
We always recommend renting a car during your visit but there is lyft, uber, cabs and shuttles available in Fairbanks.
Guests will use a detached luxury bathhouse for showers and flush toilet, hot tubs and a brand new barrel sauna. There is no running water in the treehouses, each treehouse has a dry flush canister toilet and water jug for washing and drinking water. You must be able to climb up a steep staircase/ladder to enter the bedroom/loft of the treehouse. The treehouses are designed for movement so a little swaying in the wind is normal.
There is a ring video camera that is placed on the back of the lodge building that is actively recording the entrance and bathhouse area for security.
