Absolutely loved it! The room was amazing. Agree that the pool area could use a bit of a facelift but is still very enjoyable. If we go back to Playa del Carmen, this will be our hotel of choice. We may go back just to stay there again.

Great location good side of the home needs more linen and kitchen supplies. We were unable to cook anything because there wasn’t enough kitchen ware. Toilet flooded.the pools need maintenance and painting (upkeep) otherwise great location

The property is in a great area, but it was dirty all hallway , and it was not a Hotel, there are apartments for rent and the kitchen was not fully, the first day I told the receptionist that was dirty and the Pool was not good , but never seen someone cleaning

Check in at 3 but took almost a hour to get checked in then room still wasn’t ready said it was just missing towels which they never brought and would be ready in 20 more mins. Trying to reach front desk wasn’t easy nothing left in room about Wi-Fi or how to connect with the property about any issues good thing we had our own towels. Pool area/hotel definitely needs some updates. I won’t be staying again.

This was the worst experience I have ever had. Hotel was dirty, had many issue with figuring out the key to the door, the front desk guy had no idea we where coming and kept saying he didn’t see any reservation. Overall awful experience. Never again

Exelente hotel. El único pero que le pongo es el tema del parqueo, ya que no hay libertad de movilización por estar dentro del área peatonal. Hay que estar pendientes que no los vea la policía para poder sacar y meter en vehículo.

Un lugar muy bonito, espacioso Perfecto para un viaje familiar, muy completo y bien equipado, quizá solo le aumentaría algunas amenidades pequeñas pero no siempre es necesario, aún así es un excelente lugar muy bien ubicado y agradable. Necesita más señalamiento para identificar la recepción.

Nuestra estancia estuvo genial. La ubicación está excelente. Los departamentos están espaciosos. No usamos las instalaciones de la alberca. La atención del personal fue muy amable y sin problema alguno. Esta casi en la calle 38 donde nos encantó por qué está a solo 2 cuadras de una hermosa playa y el camino a la playa está muy padre por qué está lleno de restaurantes muy bonitos. Realmente el costo calidad es lo justo. Posiblemente le recomendaría a los departamentos cuidar un poco más ciertos detalles de limpieza. Y en cuanto al ruido si se escuchaba un poco de los antros por qué nos tocó un depa que estaba en la mera 5ta avenida.
