The room is comfortable and quiet, and staffs are nice and accommodating. The hotel has easy assess to train station. Across the hotel, there're also a bunch of eateries for you to choose from. Facilities are nice and clean. Because it was my birthday, my wife actually asked them to prepare a cake for me. It was very nice of them. The downside is the hotel is a little far away from the Seoul city. Highly recommended for those who want quiet and cozy environment.

Right at subway station but far from downtown

Stayed 5 nights at Sheraton Seoul D-Cube City Hotel. Location is very strategic in terms of available transport. Airport limousine bus 6018 brings you direct from airport to hotel. Sindorim subway station is just downstairs. However, it is at least 30 minutes train ride to major places such as Myeongdong, Apgujeong and Gangnam. Loves the indoor swimming pool with jacuzzi. Hyundai Department Store is also right downstairs, where they have supermarket, bakeries and eateris. So it is convenient especially when you choose to stay in.

Nice hotel but surprisingly no wifi in rooms. Staff are courteous and helpful. It will be better if there is direct access to the room floors (have to take 2 lift to get to the rooms).

Staff speaks good English. Staff are attentive and helpful and not hesitate to answer our queries. Hotel Lobby and rooms are comfortable and well maintained. Spa treatment (Facial & massage only start at 10am), if it start earlier at 8am or 9am, can kick start the day before other activities. Anyway, tried making reservations for 3 consecutive days for 10am treatment but not available.

wonderful stay

Hotel staff were very helpful. the hotel is right on top of the subway station and was very conveneience. Only set back is that its quite a distance from the tourist attraction.

5 star hotel with huge room

Location is not in central Seoul but it is above the subway station so it is convenient . Huge and clean room . Staff are polite and helpful.room rate is good . I will book this hotel again when I am in Seoul .
