Excellent Italian restaurant “Da Nico” on the premises - stunning park with wildlife and waterfalls just around the corner - gorgeous views, dead quiet but near enough to bustling Garmisch. Will visit again

When we arrived after a 12hour journey, we had bed linens for 3 people instead of 4. We booked for 4 and also got tourist passes for 4. When I called, and asked for an extra pillow and blanket, the owner told me that we arrived too late (20:00) and that there was no one available to come and help us. That we could roll up a towel, and sleep on that. I was shocked, and told her I think this is pretty rude. We ended up arguing if this was rude or not, this is when I hung up the phone asking her to fix this. I could not get contact with her again that evening, so one of us slept without blanket and pillow. The next day, all I got was a text message around 15:00 telling me the extra bed linen was in the apartment. The pictures on the website are misleading, as the apartment is but a tiny studio which can hardly fit 4 people. Very disappointed in our stay here The surroundings are beautiful, the pizzeria downstairs is the best

Wir waren für 5 Tage in der Farchanter Alm zu Gast. Leider war dies eine unserer schlechtesten Urlaubserfahrungen der letzten 12 Jahre. Die Unterkunft war für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder ausgewiesen – tatsächlich gibt es aber nur Schlafplätze für 3 Personen. Für Kleinkinder soll offenbar die Couch als Schlafmöglichkeit dienen, die sich jedoch nicht ausziehen lässt. Das ist absolut unzumutbar. Im Apartment funktionierte das WLAN überhaupt nicht. In der Beschreibung wurde außerdem ein Hallenbad angepriesen – tatsächlich ist dieses jedoch seit Jahren geschlossen. Dass dies weiterhin als Ausstattung beworben wird, empfinde ich als irreführend und in gewisser Weise betrügerisch. Selbst im Restaurant vor Ort hatten Gäste den Eindruck, hier würden Urlauber bewusst in die Irre geführt, weil jeder nach dem nicht vorhandenen Pool sucht. Am Balkon stand außerdem ein Müllsack. Ich habe nicht nachgesehen, was sich darin befand – doch allein der Anblick direkt bei der Ankunft war unangenehm und machte einen ungepflegten Eindruck. Zusätzlich gab es Unstimmigkeiten beim Preis: Über Expedia gebucht, lag meine Rechnung bei 480 Euro. Die Unterkunft erklärte jedoch, dass sie eine Rechnung von Expedia über 560 Euro erhalten habe. Ob hier Expedia falsche Beträge ausstellt oder die Unterkunft bewusst falsche Angaben macht, bleibt unklar – als Gast fühlt man sich jedenfalls über den Tisch gezogen. Fazit: Irreführende Angaben, fehlende Ausstattung, mangelhafte Sauberkeit und fragwürdige Abrechnung

Bon appartement mais check-in difficile

Attention : l'adresse pour l'enregistrement est fausse. il a fallut 1h pour trouver la nouvelle adresse (changée il y a 6 mois!) qui n'est pas précisée dans les échanges avant la séjour. une piscine est annoncée dans le descriptif, mais elle n'est pas accessible depuis plusieurs mois. L'appartement est confortable pour 4 personnes.

Uns wurde nicht mitgeteilt wie wir unseren Schlüssel bekommen, als wir uns telefonisch informierten wurden wir erstmal angeschrien und fertig gemacht. Kein wlan Plan wurde uns erklärt. Das Sofa zum Schafen ist ein kompletter Witz. Nicht genug Toilettenpapier. Der Pool kann man schon seit zwei Jahren nicht benutzen wird aber Werbung damit gemacht.

Établissement bien situé, restaurant au rez de chaussée, sauna rénové, dommage que la piscine soit condamnée, le descriptif de l'annonce ne le mentionne pas, decouvert sur place puis dans les commentaires. Logement avec lit double mural dépliant et canape lit dans la même pièce.
