The ocean view from the apartment was amazing. The kitchen had everything in it that your kitchen at home has. The beach is right across the street, the pools are lovely, shops and paces to eat ae close by. We will definitely be staying again.

Beautifully situated apartment overlookiny burleigh beach. Luxurious and super spacious. Absolutely loved our stay and will be back again soon with the kids next time! Everything you could need was within walking distance. Found our new yearly holiday spot.

Great views, interior needs a big clean!

Beautiful views. Wasn’t overly clean (mouldy bathroom, all items in kitchen cupboards needed to be washed before use, sheets were fine but doona covers were dirty) which put an overall dampener to the trip. Washing machine ran but hardly washed clothes? Also we were on level 16 and the sound of the GC hwy was loud, not to mention night works that we weren’t informed of prior to our stay……….

I like the property as it is right on the beach. The beach is good to walk on with a headland at each end plus Burleigh Heads to the South. The carpet in the unit needs to be cleaned.

The 2br apartments are so spacious! All have beach views and have so much room for a family to enjoy a few days away. Such a peaceful location. The building is slowly getting upgraded and has everything you need at a very good price. Always recommend.

Nice spacious apartment but could do with a bit of upgrade/cleaning. Heatpump was mouldy and filthy, bathroom ceilings need a clean. Rest of apartment was lovely. Incredibly noisy from both road works throughout every night and also dog barking constantly next door. Lots of people noise from road too. Great position for walks and beaches and nice outlook from balcony.

Yes, the apartment itself is a little dated, but you could not fault the cleanliness and everything you need to have a comfortable stay is there. The facilities of the complex are excellent amd all staff are very lovely. A little bit of construction from the Gold Coast Highway and to the North of the property an old building was being demolished but we did not find the noise excessive. Frankly the closer you get into Burleigh the more constrution, noise and road works, being in North Burleigh this complex has relatively minimal disruption. Will come back for sure.

The ocean view was the only thing keeping liked about the apartment. The apartment was outdated and the shower taps didn't work properly and would take 10plus mins to get the water right.

Take care when making your choice

Unfortunately for the second time in 2 months the accommodation was poor doors to balconies and bathrooms were damaged also furniture damaged. Also pools and spa either out of bounds or water running very warm or cold. Also loads of maintenance taking place

We booked this hotel for the spa bath. However the bath didn’t work. Which was super disappointing. When we went to ask about the bath we were told it was broken and they were waiting for parts. No offer to change rooms or compensation. super disappointing and made the whole experience not fantastic. The beds were also super uncomfortable!

We spent 8 nights in a standard ocean view apartment. Let’s start with the good: - great location - free on site parking - amazing views once you clear the tree line (10th floor) - very spacious apartments - indoor heated pool (although it’s small and overrun with screaming kids) - super close to shops and food The bad: - obstructed ocean views are sold as ‘ocean views’ - HUGE variety in fit out (we spent four nights in apartment 3C and then we moved to 14A). The difference in furniture was unbelievable considering both rooms were same rate - Leonie (building manager) quite rude and apathetic - bathrooms are very dated (original 1990 fit out) - the outdoor pool was freezing (we stayed early April) - the kitchen utensils are limited and really poor quality (we had to ask for replacement kettles at both apartments as they both broke) In summary, you’re taking a big gamble with the apartment you’re allocated. Be prepared to move to a better one if you’re not happy. If you don’t care so much about the fit out, then you’ll be happy.
