Ana is very helpful and efficient. Location is very convenient with supermarkets downstairs, kitchenette helps with my morning routine. Easy to walk to all main attractions.

studio bien placé puisque l'on peut visiter beaucoup de chose à pied. Petit supermarché à côté bien pratique. Pas de lave vaisselle.Rue bruyante le soir et tôt le matin , impossible de laisser les fenêtre ouverte(pas de clim).manque une petite armoire pour ranger ses habits.la télé ne sert à rien que des chaînes portugaise. Très bonne accueil d'Ana luisa .

A great apartment in an area close to almost everything. There is a very good grocery store right outside the apartment and the tram station was a little over a five minute walk with bus stops even closer. Communication was very good.

Fantastic location, close to shopping restaurants and groceries. Walkable to many of the famous attractions. Bright and airy, and very quiet. The host met us to gain entry and answered our questions regarding the apartment. She was always available to answer any questions and provided us with recommendations for the city. The Wi-Fi reception was considered just okay. We would definitely stay there again

We stayed in a comfort studio for one week. Staff were friendly and communication was excellent. Our unit was reasonably clean. The location is ideal, with grocery, shops, live music, and great restaurants in the area. Our stay was negatively impacted by two things: 1) There is a strong sewer smell from the bathroom. Since the sleeping area and kitchen are nearby, it was impossible to escape the smell, even with the balcony doors open. We contacted staff, who said they weren't aware. They said they would remedy the problem but obviously not in time to help us. 2) The balcony is small, faces a large apartment building, and overlooks the heating/cooling system of an adjacent building. This equipment is loud so that we could hear it often, at unpredictable hours. With the balcony doors often open because of the sewer smell, we could not escape the noise of this equipment either. If not for these two things, the unit would have been great to stay at.

Terrific property with clean and modern bathroom

The room was very comfortable and very clean, with kitchenette/living room, very nice big bed and a large, modern and clean bathrrom and shower. We were not expecting absolue luxury for the price we paid but we were surprised by the property and how well it was presented. The staff were in constant contact with us and arranged self check-in which was very convenient considering delays we experienced with flights.

Stylish, comfortable apartment.

A very large stylish 2 floor apartment with amazing living/dining/kitchen space and all amenities you need (stayed at panoramic which is at the top and up a few flights of stairs). 10 minutes walk to old town with a view over street but very quiet. Balcony could do with a bit of attention but overall we thought it was great.

Eigentlich 5 Sterne, aber ein kleiner Abzug, da die Klimaanlage nicht funktioniert hat und im Bad aus dem Abfluss ein seltsamer Geruch kam. Sonst war alles aber perfekt. Die Unterkunft hat auch eine hervorragende Lage.

Nice balcony and location, but not too large.

Nice and centrally located small apartment with beautiful balcony. The host was very nice and helpful. However the cleaning should have been better and the pictures make the place seem larger than it is.

This is a gorgeous apartment - very spacious, with a large bedroom and ensuite bathroom downstairs and a hihe kitchen, living room, dining room, and small powder room upstairs. There's a small terrace off the bedroom and a very large one off the living room. There's an in-suite washing machine and a large drying rack that you can use in the terrace to dry two full loads of laundry very fast on a hot day. The property is very clean and beautifully decorated, although there are some minor condition issues, including some old water damage to the floors and an odd chemical smell. Toiletries and amenities could be better stocked, but that's a minor quibble and was possibly just a one-time thing. The location is incredible - right off Rua Santa Catarina, a major pedestrian shopping street, next door to a large grocery store (Pingo Doce), and close to metro stations, restaurants, and must-see sites. It's also just a 20-minute walk from the river. Nevertheless, it's very quiet and easy to sleep there. And the price is very affordable. Overall, I highly recommend this place, especially if you'll have a longer stay in Porto and want a home base you can settle into comfortably.

Alt i alt en meget positiv oplevelse.En stor rummelig lejlighed med godt køkken, og god terrasse med udsigt over et stort torv med cafeer og restauranter. På trods af en lettere trafikeret vej nedenfor var der meget lidt støj at høre i lejligheden. Og så ligger der et stort supermarked ganske få skridt fra ejendommen

Great Location overall

Really enjoyed our stay at the apartment; super convenient to a grocery store. We were able to prepare coffee with the nespresso machine and eggs and toast to our liking. Very much appreciated. We found the bifanas at the shop next door to be very good, for that alone we would return to the property. Other restaurants near by are good, also. Communication was very good with the host. We select a third floor apt at the rear of the building for quiet(it was); but that meant lots of stairs at the end of the day. There were two 'hotel sized' rolls of TP provided for our four night stay, could not locate extra. The shower head was either dirty or rusted, could use repair or replacement.
