Good location in CBD near to Tram and Train station. And there is Grocery in the Train station and very convenient. Plus point for having washing machine and dryer and an electronic dish washer. The down side is that ironing board is faulty need replacement.

Lady at the reception with blue hair and eyes was lovely when we checked in at 10pm. Instructions to find parking was easy. Hotel 2-3min walk to Wynyard station. The hotel is a little old and could definitely use some TLC but overall, I would say pretty value for money.

3 night stay for business

Excellent stay in a very comfortable apartment with all the necessary facilities. The living room was huge and well-appointed, the bedroom clean and comfortable, and the kitchen meant I was able to finally able to relax and prepare a good breakfast. I really enjoyed my stay, am looking forward to coming back in Summer and enjoy the open balcony.

Remembered this as a very nice, well appointed serviced apt hotel from visits 20+ years ago. Our room this time had adequate contents and was clean, but everything (furniture, cabinetry, flooring) was tired, in not very good shape, and very 1970-ish

York hotel

Location is good. Walking to Opera house or China town is about 1.6km in different direction. There are shops, restaurant, supermarket all within walking distance but too bad closed during Christmas and days follow. Hotel room is spacious but unable to add extra bed due to regulation. Came with full set of cooking utensils and washer/dryer and balcony too. Parking is chargeable.

Great 2 bed apartment in an excellent location. Beware of the surcharge if paying at the hotel. I think we paid 2.5%. Could have easily avoided this if we paid thru hotels.com but my friend and I hoped to pay 50/50 on card so waited, and they couldn’t do that anyway which has never been an issue elsewhere. Surcharge seems unreasonable to me as they don’t accept cash.

The hotel was in a great location for our stay, close to Wynyard train station, grocery stores, bus station. Walking distance to what we needed. Downside was the shower was full of mould and dirty, fridge was dirty, main bedroom missing the air conditioner remote.

Great location to the Rocks and circular Quay and the rooms were excellent. There is a lot of noise at night from traffic - sirens, horns, street sweepers, which is not great if you are a light sleeper. Better noise insulation on the windows would be appreciated.

Originally there was a faulty shower screen that we couldn't open but it was fixed promptly once the issue was raised. The location was fantastic and the swimming pool & sauna were clean and enjoyable.
