The unit was clean and had a gorgeous view. Unfortunately there were extremely high winds, so we didn’t really get to use the balcony, but views from rooms were stunning and beds were comfortable.

Bad experience with private owners.

I have never left a review, but this one, deserves one. I booked one of the private penthouse/rooftop 2 bedrooms unit that allowed 6 people, and, before they say different, ages were specified: 2 adults and 4 teenagers. I was even charged an "extra guest fee". Details of the unit on this website included a sofa bed. Well, it was not, and despite multiple attempts to correct the issue with "management" (partial refund, maybe?!), I just had to booked another room for my 2 guests that could not sleep with me.......because: sleeping on a narrow sofa or floors with extra sheets, is no solution. I was previously at this resort and my experience was a perfect one in one of their 3 corner bedrooms suite. Be aware of private owners on resort.....your stay could not be the best one!!

No glass plate In the microwave, no towels I call to front desk and they never bring towels I stay there for 3 nights , dish washer and washer didn’t work and the situation with the towels was in general in the whole building every body who stay there was having the same problem . Now front desk is not responsable for nothing except the towels that they never bring .
