Great centrally located property, the Residence is a two minute walk from the hotel. No air conditioning and the bed was very uncomfortable. Clean, bright little studio apartment. You have to wear a swimming cap in the pool and spa.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en résidence, studio confortable, un petit moins pour la salle de bain un peu vieillissante, le plus sa vue dégagée sur la nature est super sympa. L'espace bien-être avec ses bassins intérieurs et extérieur sont top pour bien décompresser. A notre arrivée, nous avons cherché l'accueil, La signalisation manque de clarté.

Site grand et plutot mal renseigné. L'acceuil pour les residences se fait a l'acceuil de l'hôtel depuis peu. Les appartements sont spacieux et la terasse est très agréable. La localisation est super pour profiter du bord de mer

Déçus

Appartement n°16 très petit et ayant besoin d'un coup de jeune. Même à 2, on se marche dessus. Pas beaucoup de place pour ranger dans le coin cuisine. Ventilation bruyante avec un bourdonnement en continu. De plus, par cette même ventilation, vous entendez les conversations des voisins du dessus. Pas de rideau sur la baie vitrée donc obligé de baisser les volets pour un peu d'intimité en journée. D'ailleurs on s'est rendu compte en se promenant autour du lac, que tous les autres appartements avaient des rideaux. Un traitement de faveur pour les clients non "hotels.com"?... Difficulté pour obtelir les clés, la réception était fermée avec aucune indication. On a fait le tour de la résidence pour enfin trouver un interphone. D'autres personnes étaient perdues aussi.Quand on ne connaît pas, ce n'est pas facile de savoir où rejoindre l'accueil de l'hôtel qui seule était ouverte et qui s'occupait de la résidence également, la personne de l'accueil n'ayant pas pris la peine de se déplacer, c'est nous qui avons du chercher... Bref, si on avait su, on aurait pris un hôtel classique, car aucune valeur ajoutée d'avoir cet appartement.
