Please do not fall for the hype around this “hotel”, the room I got was run down, holes/rips in the blanket, stank of sewage, the shower dripped, the toilet wasn’t sealed/was coming apart, the sink had no plug/stopper, there were ants in the bathroom, no ventilation. Yes, breakfast is included, yet they do not tell you that you have to walk a block to another of their “hotels” for it, no mini fridge, no room service, no telephone.

I love Mexico City and I adore the people here. I would be back any time. What I found are most of the hotels. I’m not very well. Kept up with repairs. Paint shipping cracks in the walls, the floors, but the people and the cleanliness of the sheets and laundered items is excellent.

Great location. Room average but bathroom was very dirty in all corners. My towel had a huge hole in it, which they change after letting them know. Our sink didn't drain due to dirty pipes (the dirt and hair would flout around in the water that wouldn't drain). Poor lighting , no fan. Room description said it had kitchenette which ours didn't. ONLY good thing was the location.

Beautiful location and great staff. Room didn’t have a light and had to carry the one lamp around like a lantern room to room. Toilet seat was not attached, no mirror in bathroom.

Our recommendation to improve.

Very well located and friendly staff but …the suite 404A where we stayed needs an overall update ; the bathroom cabinet doors looks awful, the towels are very old, the living room sofa and chair are too big and old looking, the dining room chairs need new fabric because they had many stains, the sink looked dirty so … hope they do better maintenance and renew some of the furniture. We had to walk 1 block to another location for the breakfast that was included in the rate we paid.

rooms don't have windows to the outside, desk chair was disgustingly stained, bed sheets were not clean, too much noise, bed uncomfortable.

I usually don’t make this kind of comments but the property has very poor maintenance. In the room was mold and the paint was coming off the walls. The main knob door was falling apart, the refrigerator wasn’t working, was ask for more towels because the ones we had were like sand paper including the bathroom floor mats had holes and very old and stained, they advertised that they had pretty much that it was equipped with utensils (which there was none and missing a lot of pots so we couldn’t even cook, bed was very uncomfortable and couldn’t sleep much, the balcony seemed like it doesn’t get cleaned because there were old cigarette buts, the balcony shades were old and damaged, the property elevator is old makes a lot of noise and the elevator door is very dangerous, my girlfriend’s leg got stuck in the door and won’t open so we were lucky that I was right outside and push the outside button to reopen the door, same thing happened to me but it was my arm. I notified the front desk and they’re answer

La atención de la recepción y del guardia de seguridad muy buena. La habitación un poco "oscura", pero la cama muy bien. Todo muy limpiio. Tiene una gran ubicación y precio muy accesible. El único detalle la TV un poco ya vieja y no tenía buena resolución con la señal de cable, pero es un detalle mínimo en comparación de todo. El restaurante, aunque está en una ubicación a una cuadra de distancia, en un "hotel hermano", está bien y los alimentos bien, preparados en el momento. La atención de la chef y su ayudante muy buena
