An excellent hotel to stay

A villa-type hotel, with full kitchen facilities: stove, oven, dish washer etc. car parked in own garage in front of the room. Lidl nearby. Nice environment. An excellent hotel to stay!

A great place to stay, exceptionally clean and the rooms are very well furnished with everything you need. Very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was really good and the pool is big enough to have a proper swim. There is not a great deal in the local area, but Toulouse is only a short drive away. Only stayed here for one night but wished we had stayed longer. Would stay again if visiting this area

Mise à part l’emplacement et le cadre, les appartements sont vétustes où rien ne fonctionne correctement: climatisation bruyante, pas d’éclairage dans les wc, lave-vaisselle en panne, fer à repasser décoratif!!etc La propreté est à revoir: toiles d’araignées et saucissons oubliés dans le frigo par les anciens occupants…. Plus d’eau chaude au bout de 2 min, ll faut attendre le lendemain pour que ça chauffe meme en forcé!Je me retrouve avec un bébé avec savon sur le corps…. L’accueil me demande d’aller finir la douche et doucher mes autres enfants dans un appartement, et attendre le lendemain pour que nous, adulte, puissions se doucher. Un vrai délire! Le lendemain matin la femme de service vient sonner à 9h pour me dire de laisser le canapé lit déplié pour qu’elle puisse facilement le faire après notre sortie….. DU JAMAIS VU!! Séjour cauchemardesque sur tous les plans!Ça nous a bousillé notre séjour malheureusement !!! La liste est longue… Je ne recommande pas du tout !

Reservé un estudio para 2 adultos y un bebé que comparte cama con nosotros, y nada más llegar nos dicen que la reserva no era correcta y deberíamos haber reservado un apartamento más grande. Continuamos adelante con la reserva porque ya estaba pagada pero nos advirtieron de que el niño no estaría cubierto por el seguro en caso de accidente. Creo que no ha habido una buena gestión, no sé si por parte del establecimiento o de Expedia, pero nos deberían haber informado de ello antes de la llegada al alojamiento. El estudio está bien, con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días alejado del centro de Toulousse, en una zona tranquila y residencial. La limpieza aparentemente es buena hasta que miras debajo de la cocina porque al peque se le cae algún juguete debajo, así como el altillo del armario que tenía polvo y arañas muertas. El lavavajillas perdía agua y a pesar de que incluye servicio diario de limpieza de habitaciones el suelo no lo limpiaban. Estaría bien contar con lo indispensable para recoger lo diario, tipo una fregona o una escoba.
