Good hotel

I recently stayed at Acom Hotel Berlin City Süd, and overall, my experience was quite positive. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The room was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, providing a relaxing environment. The hotel's amenities, including Wi-Fi and room service, added convenience to my stay. The central location was also a plus, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. While some minor improvements could be made, such as quicker response times for certain services, I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Ok but not more - not up to the price

Clean and quite, but no working AC made it hot at night. Ser ice was bare minimum and several references to 'sorry but we are renovating' - which is a reason but that is you probl m not mine and if it makes my trip uncomfortable there are things you can do to compensate...

Baustelle, man mußte über Behelfsrezeption einschecken, dann mit Fahrstuhl in 4. Stock fahren, dann den ganzen Flur durchs Hotel laufen zu einem anderen Fahrstuhl wieder hinunter in den 1, Stock, weil wir hatten Zimmer 135.Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht, Lüftung im Bad funktionierte nicht, Warmwasser aus der Dusche kam nach einer Ewigkeit.Rezeptionistin braucht beim einchecken ewig lange, beim Bezahlen der Hotelzulage von 3,30€ brauchte Sie bei einem 5€ Schein zum berechnen des Rückgeldes einen Taschenrechner (unqualifiziert)

Nicht nachvollziehbare Zusatzgebühren, die tagesaktuell auch dreist beim Ende nachgefordert werden, obwohl bei Ankunft die Zusatzgebühren bereits bezahlt worden sind. Begründung vom Hotel: Die sind in der Zwischenzeit halt gestiegen. Die Summe der Einzelposten wurden zu meinen Ungunsten falsch addiert. In der Summe standen einfach mal 40€ zu viel. Diesen Fehler kann das Personal am Empfang nicht erklären oder korrigieren. Dazu benötigt man den Hotelmanager. Der hat aber jetzt keine Zeit, man könne ja später nochmal vorbeikommen. Was ist bloß mit diesem Hotel los? Das ist doch nicht normal...

Sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Bei einem Bett fehlte ein Fuß - schlafen nur auf der anderen Bettseite möglich (besser als gar nicht€. Dusche voll mit Stockflecken.
