Somos uma família de 4 pessoas, ficamos hospedados em um apartamento com sala, quarto, cozinha e banheiro. Foi uma estadia boa, dentro da média. Uma localização perfeita, bom tamanho, cozinha equipada para quem quer fazer um café da manhã ou uma refeição simples. Diariamente fornecem garrafinhas de água e cápsulas de café, achei muito legal. O quarto tem duas camas de solteiro juntas, para quem é casal não é legal porque fica um buraco no meio. Mas extremamente confortável. Meus filhos ficaram no sofá cama da sala. Dormiram bem também. a roupa de cama e de banho era de bastante qualidade.Tivemos alguns problemas, alguns não foram resolvidos, como o aquecedor, que parou de funcionar no terceiro dia e levaram um portátil (que foi levado de volta no outro dia). O cofre não funcionou. O sofá cama não estava preparado, a camareira arrumou quando chegamos após chamado, tivemos que pedir material para lavar louças e também observamos que a limpeza não tem um padrão, cada dia foi de uma forma diferente. São pontos a evoluir. Outro ponto que merece destaque é a escada íngrime, porque o apto que ficamos localizava-se no terceiro andar. Impossível para pessoas idosas, famílias com crianças de colo e outras. Não tem elevador e se você estiver com malas grandes, será um desafio.

Good location for transport and walkable to shopping, trips and sights. Only thing dropping the rating was we were at the front of the building and it was noisy overnight. We were woken every night 2-3 times by noise from the streets. Otherwise great location and helpful staff.

Tout etait parfait ! La gentillesse du personnel, l'appartement était spacieux pour 2 adultes et 2 ados, propre, bien équipé et une vue imprenable sur la canal de l'Amstel. Le tramway passe tout près, beaucoup de restaurants aux alentours. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour !

It was great from check in to departure, only thing I would say is if you’re staying in the apartments the stairs are very steep so could be difficult for anyone with mobility issues.

Major Missing Info Cost Us $1700(AUD)

Look, the apartment we booked was lovely and we were ready for stairs. But what we got were stairs that were grossly steep, highly narrow and very very thin in the tread. Three full flights and another in the apartment itself. It was beyond a joke. The sole warning was that there might be stairs nothing about the real nature of them. We had to rent two rooms in the hotel instead which cost us an extra $1700 (AUD). Had we been advised of the real nature of the stairs we'd never have stayed.

Nice apartment!

Nice apartment, with a great view. Really loved the great big windows, but couldn’t work out how to turn down the radiator. The kitchen was well appointed but could have done with an extra pan that worked on the induction hob. Great bed, nice bathroom, could have done with a bit of extra power in the shower. Easy to find, close by two metro lines, and a short walk round the corner to the Rembrandtsplein. Attached to a get hotel, with a really nice bar. Glad I found the place will likely return.

The apartment is in a separate building from the main hotel. It is not as modern looking and looks a bit tired in places. The carpets look old. Otherwise, everything was good. The apartment was large, comfortable and in a great location. It had a beautiful view of the Amstel and we enjoyed our stay there.
