Very big living room, loved the water tank in the room, not only save plastic but also convenient getting both cold and hot water right away!! There's kid's activity everyday which is really good if you have children. Enjoyed staying with family.

Great hotel for holidays with kids

Our stay was very pleasant even during the few days with rain, since the hotel's Kids Splash programm is very good. In an open basement there is a chess game with big figures, pool tables, pingpong tables, darts, playstation, corner for small kids, and the staff is very nice with their animation programm (games in the pool, arts and crafts, treasure hunt and more). They even help with the playstation programms. The hotel grounds are nicely maintained, clean, and through the back door one can walk to the beach or shopping street. The hotel beach is about 20 min. walk, but the hotel's own shuttle bus goes frequently and even stops at the supermarket.

Comprehensive luxury stay!

Best service! Staff are friendly knowledgable and understanding, let us extend for 2h as we were late for checkout due to jam. many requests were attended to quickly. It is very family oriented with a basement of billiard darts life sized chess and water slide! Excellent condition facilities in this chalet like luxury suite, complete with utensil and dishwashing facilities!

Excellent attitude & Service from Paradise Staff

My family had an enjoyable stay at Sanur Paradise Plaza Suites. Everyone is so friendly and have a smile for you wherever you are. The place is safe and especially for families with small ones, they would definitely enjoyed the children's pool. 1st class attitude from all staff in Sanur Paradise Plaza Suites....my appreciation to one and all.

Spacious family appt

Great! Very spacious appt for our family of 2 adults and 3 children (under 8 years old). They loved the pool and especially the slide, food was good, and we used the reliable free minibus to get to the beach and back. Sanur Beach was quiet and safe for our age group to paddle and swim in shallow water. We all had a lovely relaxing holiday!

Hotel is designed for families. Location was not as close to the beach as I had wished, but it was a quick ride by taxi. The beach club was nice, but always packed. The rooms were very spacious. The thing that sells this place is the water slide. My kids loved it and we ended up spending a lot of time by the pool.

Great family friendly hotel. Rooms are huge, staff are amazing & friendly. Our housekeeping staff did many different towel animals each day which the kids loved & also played some elf on the shelf style pranks with their other soft toys, which was also a hit to come back to each day. Good large pool & decent sized water slide & kids pool area with a small playground. Various games in kids club, a PS4, small indoor area for toddlers. Hotel is older but clean & looks to be going through a refurb in small stages. Pillows aren't great, tv reception is poor & the air conditioning works well but being an older style unit developed a strong musty type smell that got progressively worse. Overall, a reasonably priced, family friendly hotel that shouldn't be confused for a 5 star property. Location is a 5 minute walk to main street, another 10 mins to beach & another 10 mins to markets & Icon shopping centre. Plenty of cheap transport options via hotel as well as free shuttle bus.

Resort was great, kids pool and slide kept kids happy but there were still activities in adults pool. Always fresh, clean towels available. Having to remember breakfast vouchers was only annoying.
