Ho scelto questa struttura per l’esistenza di un parcheggio interno da prenotare tramite messaggio, non ricevo risposta a questo e penso sia tutto ok, per poi scoprire al mio arrivo che il posto auto non è disponibile perché completo senza nessun avviso da parte loro. Bagno veramente inesistente (minuscolo è dir poco) e sfornito di qualsiasi cosa, persino di una mensola in doccia per appoggiare lo shampoo, mattonelle rovinate e acqua della doccia a tratti molto calda a tratti gelata. Letto su cui ci si deve fiondare perché inesistente spazio laterale e lati di questo sempre impolverati e sporchi. E dulcis in fundo...tutti parlavano di questo fantomatico personale sempre allegro e disponibile...purtroppo non solo non è assolutamente preparato neanche su come funzionino i parcheggi della zona, lasciandomi con un’auto da sistemare e senza interessarsi minimamente dello scompenso che mi avevano arrecato, ma non abbiamo mai visto un sorriso o un saluto spontaneo appena si varcava la soglia dell’albergo: rispondevano al nostro costretti. Avevo scelto questa struttura per la posizione e il parcheggio ma la non chiarezza del personale sulle modalità di prenotazione di codesto posto auto è indice di poca serietà generale, totale disinteresse delle esigenze del cliente e quindi per questo non solo non tornerò più, ma lo sconsiglierò a tutti. In vacanza si va per rilassarsi, tanto più se si ha a disposizione solo tre giorni e di perdere tempo a cercare un parcheggio non ho voglia.

The hotel is OK--rooms are clean and beds/bedding are nice quality. Room overall is decent size, however the lighting is dark, room was warm and I could not seem to regulate temperature myself. There are no "extras"--no shampoos or creams, no robes, no water bottles, no mini bar....not even a glass in the bathroom. The shower is tiny and barely large enough for one person. No closets or luggage rack and no channels on the TV that were in English-not even CNN or BBC. The WIFI is good but you have to log in again every time you leave and return to the hotel and the password is obscure and not memorable so you must rely on a very small piece of paper with the user name and password. The front desk staff could be helpful or not depending on who was on. One fellow who was there most of the time always acted like he was doing me a favor by acknowledging me and answering my questions or getting me a bottle of water (1 Euro). Breakfast was pleasant and the dining room is modern and nicely appointed.

The hotel was in a good location for us. The breakfast buffet was adequate, and I applaud the hotel for being ecological by using soap/body wash/shampoo dispensers in the bathroom and shower and using large containers of jams/jellies and nutella and a honey comb, rather than individually wrapped servings at breakfast - they need to do so with the butter now too! The room was very small, so small that the bed took up the entire room and we had to climb on the bed to get in it, there was no room on the sides of the bed. The bathroom was nice, the shower had great water pressure. Our biggest complaint was how absolutely dirty and moldy the floor of the shower stall was. I also find it odd that the photo presented of this hotel is of the fussball game, which is indeed there, but a photo of the breakfast area would be much nicer to show. To sum it up, I will likely not stay here again, it was very expensive, the room tiny, shower moldy, and breakfast not extraordinary. We like the location because it is near restaurants on the waterfront and is walkable to the Dom and The Last Supper.....but I would seek out another hotel in the area if I were to visit Milan again.

Jugendliches Hotel, gute Lage

Jugendliche Unterkunft, grosszügiges bad, nicht modern, aber OK. War erstaunlich ruhig, auch Nacht's, Zimmer zum Hof. Frühstück für 10.- eher einfach aber OK. Gibt 2 gute Bars in unmittelbarer Nähe und viele Restaurant Bars in 10Minuten Distanz, bei den Kanälen, Super.
