Very near to the Keisei Ueno station, plenty of late night food options around the property. The room itself is spacious and clean, equipped with a kitchen and dining area. The self-check in and check out process is fast and smooth. The only issue is that the luggage storage area is way too small and everyday between 10am (after people have checked out) and before 3pm (before people can check in), the entire luggage storage area is completely overwhelmed and it might be difficult to store and find your suitcase.

Love the location- how close it was to Ameyoko and Ueno station. There’s also a 7 eleven nearby for our water and snacks. Laundry was easy and not too crowded. Check out was online and a breeze. A few things we didn’t like: lack of receptionist manning the front (can’t help with forwarding luggage) and that our trash wasn’t cleared. All in all was a great stay and good value.

The room was very clean and spacious, the design of the room is well-thought and convenient where the toilet is separated from the shower. This saves time where one person could go for shower and another in the toilet. It would be great if there are more hooks around the room to hang our jackets.

Our stay in Minn Ueno

Our stay at Minn Ueno was great! The room was perfect for 4 people with two rooms and plenty of space, not common in Japan. The room was well designed and furnished with attached kitchenette and an excellent shower. Check in and check out process was good as it could get without having staff on the premises. However assistance is available via video call at the front desk. As for the area, the hotel is about 5 to 10 mins from the Ueno area and surrounding Tokyo and JR lines with plenty of convenience shops nearby. Would definitely stay here again if visiting Tokyo again in the future.

Location is good, quiet area a few streets away from ameyoko and ueno station. There is no one physically at the concierge. Just a tablet placed there, although you could call for help from the tablet and they were very responsive. Strictly no early check in unfortunately, so at 3pm the lobby was full of guests all trying to check in at the same time. Room is big and clean

Overall pleasant with the clean, modern and spacious room, considering we are a family of 4 in Tokyo Only issue is that there were no obvious signage to the hotel as the entrance is on a small road

Pleasant and comfortable stay

Our family of 5 spent 2 nights at this place. We booked the family unit which can fit 8 because we wanted more space and that everyone gets a bed. It's about 10min walk from Ueno station which is not too bad considering of our big luggages. Property is very new and clean. We arrived at 3pm and there was a staff at the counter who was very friendly and helpful with our check-in.
