The apartment was clean and cosy, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It was convenient to get to the South Kensington tube and was walkable to several grocery shops. It was also useful that the apartment had fast laundry and dry-cleaning facilities.

The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. The room was very nice, very clean. We enjoyed the private patio. The establishment was very close to bus station/tube and walking distance to Kensington and Buckingham palaces. They were very accommodating and attended to our needs and requests. Near Kensington Palace, there were many other places to visit as well. There are train stations and supermarkets nearby, making it very convenient. I think it's good for those who prefer a slightly quieter environment.
