The bus stop is located directly across the street, and the train station is an 8-minute walk away. If you don't mind using public transportation, this location is perfect for you. We traveled all around Tokyo, and if you're familiar with Google Maps, you'll be able to easily catch the bus right in front of the lobby.

My family and I stayed for a whole week here and it was amazing they responded to my requests super fast, it was spacious for a family of five. The bus stop is across the street so it was great for travel to the main places like Shibuya. We enjoyed our time there excellent place for a family of five or even for single people

Loved this place. Unit was clean and spacious, beds were very comfortable, and my most favorite thing was that the beds were not on the floor. There is a washing machine in the unit and clothes line on patio to dry your clothes. Easy check in and check out. The area was clean. We felt very safe there even late at night. Close proximity to train stations. The bus that goes to Shibuya and Shinjuku is right across the street from apartment complex. Shopping and dining close by.

Google can give problematic directions from the hotel location but if you use the nearest station, Nakano Fujimicho, then its a quick train ride anywhere. Property overall was decent and the price was excellent especially if you are traveling with family. Would stay here again.

We loved staying at this apartment! The room was spacious, clean, and had comfortable beds. The washing machine was a great perk, and the location was super convenient with mini markets and a train station nearby. A little bit off the beaten track when it comes to local train however an amazing discount grocery store called LAMU as my family cooked most of trip. Clean location, felt safe and secured in neighborhood.

Very great! Clean and comfortable place. You have all the necessary appliances you need. We felt as if it were our own home. The proximity to the subway station and a 24-hour restaurant near it are both great, and there's also a Family Mart and 7-Eleven nearby. It is very convenient when it gets very late after a long day of exploring the country. I would book Grandioso Nakano for my next trip in Japan again! That’s how much I loved staying there!

My family and I stayed here for a few days and really liked how spacious the apartment was. We also very much appreciate the close (walkable) proximity of this apartment to various convenience stores alongside transportation options (metro station approx. 8 minutes away by walking, bus stop approx. 2 minutes away by walking). The host responded relatively quickly to our questions, which we appreciated. The big thing we liked was the inclusion of an in-suite laundry washer machine, which meant we could just wash our clothes and then leave it outside on the balcony to dry.

Just Ok

Very frustrated to find that, even though the listing says there IS an elevator, nobody mentioned that it starts on the SECOND floor. Meaning you have to climb a full flight of very steep stairs to get to the elevator. Not cool for somebody in a wheelchair. There are three queen size beds in a space where there should be only two (like, 20cm between beds). The room was clean and stocked (although the toilet paper is the thinnest, cheapest imaginable). Overall, "just ok".

Family trip

The bathroom is clean but stinky. Fit max 4 ppl not 6. Pillow is straw pillow. a/c is not cold at all. On the first day is worse, because the a/c was turned off. Towel is limited, you have to wash and hang them dry. It is challenging to separate the trash. The good thing: direct bus to shinjuku to shibuya. Marunochi line direct to ginza. Stairs to the property.

This place was pretty much everything we needed for a large group going to Tokyo. The location is great! Less than 10 minutes from a train station that takes you where you wherever need to go. Plenty of food options near by. Just far enough from the city sounds but close enough to catch a cheap cab back! The rooms were clean and pretty spacious. The restrooms were also very clean and the shower/bath room are awesome. The washer/dryer were an huge help for our stay and we made good use of them. The only issue we had was the initial smell of the washer when we first arrived but after running the machine once it went away! Air conditioning was a lifesaver for the humid days. Communication was not an issue at all as we had no problem getting in touch with management for anything we needed and they were extremely helpful and understanding. The best part of this place was the view! We stayed in 801 and the views from each balcony were amazing especially at night! I can’t wait to plan a trip back and use this place again! Definitely recommend this spot for any large groups who want to stay in one place! Easily this place gets 5 stars!
