Fantastic location

Stayed for 3 nights. Room is well designed with bedroom seperate from living room amd kitchen. Unfortunately there was no cleaning on the 3rd day. Fantastic location with restaurants and cafes just a stones throw away. A big supermarket is next door.Near train station and ferry point.

Overall a really great hotel. There are only minor things like teabags,one dishwasher tablets more and ensure that the electric carparks only used by electric cars. Highly recommended for a weekend or business trip to Hamburg. We will come back

Generell war das Hotel schön, auch das Zimmer. Allerdings ist die Geräuschkulisse nachts katastrophal, wahrscheinlich durch die darunter liegende Bar, es war bis 1 Uhr extrem laut. Wir waren in der 1. Etage. Wir empfehlen daher Zimmer in den oberen Etagen. Unser Bett war leider sehr verstaubt. Ansonsten war alles gut.

Völlig überteuert für eine Nacht ohne Frühstück (275€ inkl Hund) Und das obwohl nicht mal Personal für die Rezeption bezahlt werden muss in der meisten Zeit, da Self-Checkin-Terminals im Foyer stehen. Um Punkt 11:00 war die Zimmerkarte tot, sodass wir die letzte Tasche nicht mehr rausholen konnten und uns hier ans Personal wenden mussten. Und der Zugang zur Tiefgarage ist auch sehr unflexibel. Man könnte oben zumindest Schilder hinhängen, damit man die ganzen Treppen nicht umsonst läuft, um dann unten vor verschlossenen Türen zu stehen, weil kein Zugang zur Tiefgarage besteht. Die Leckerlis für den Hund waren niedlich. Und die Lage ist wirklich klasse, wenn man zum Musical möchte. Aber im Vergleich werden wir in Zukunft immer lieber wieder beispielsweise das Arcotel oder Adina nutzen (mit Hund) Gruß
